Beyond their size, small businesses are defined by their spirit. And at the helm are their intrepid founders—scrappy, ambitious, and resilient. They invent and build things despite uncertainty, because it’s what drives them. Their risks lead to innovation that moves the world forward. And we need them.
3.3⭐️ Okay so this was my first time going to a winery. We got a Groupon for it, so we decided to give it a go. I loved the cheeses, and I ended up liking 1 wine, so we bought a bottle. They also gave us 2 of their wine glasses. It was a cool little day date, but it was like in a warehouse. So I recommend it to people in the area who don’t want to drive far to a vineyard. It was a nice lil day date.
I joined for the local winery experience. Their hours posted said they closed at 8. I walked down the street and heard the door lock at 7:30. We called by 7:31 to ask if they they had closed early, and explained we just wanted a glass and to buy a few bottles. They told us no, they lock up half an hour early. Canceled the membership that isn’t doing me any favors immediately. Don’t join, go to hi times or semi tropics.
I joined Orange Coast Winery's membership club for that local winery experience, living just up the street. It was a bummer that when I arrived at 7:30 on a Friday, they locked the door before their 8:00 closing time. When I called to explain I was just looking for one glass and wanted to buy a case, they still wouldn't let me in. Disappointing, and it led to us canceling our membership.
What a bizarre place to visit, especially if you like tasting a variety of wines. They had ONE white, ONE rose, and then a bunch of reds. You've also gotta laugh when their complementary cheese and crackers consist of individually packaged string cheese. Next time I'll skip this and just drink a bottle of white in my hotel room.
Atmosphere is fantastic and service was spectacular. The wine and food was also great.l! I absolutely recommend coming here.
