Super friendly and patient with me and my kids.Bonus they take medical. The Dr was super nice,knowledgeable,informative and understanding when I had to take one of my kids into the exam room. They have a decent selection of glasses. They have the front door locked so if you have kids makes you feel more secure to leave them for a minute in the front while doing the exams
I've been coming to this office since I was 9 when it was Dr. Sheldon Marshall's practice. I few years ago I went with a different doctor & the experience was so lack luster that I came back to Optica Damian! Dr. Damian is always so sweet & kind. She takes time to talk to me about my vision & I always feel very well educated. The front staff is also so nice & accommodating as well. Even though I live farther from this office than I used to I'll continue coming here for years to come 😊
I love going to the office they are really nice and they know all your need. Everyone there is nice make you feel welcome all the time and they seem like family
Dr. Damian and her staff are absolutely amazing. We came to her by referral to get glasses for my myself and my sister. She and her assistants have such a great way with children - they made her very comfortable and happy to come. They presented options and choices in ways that are easy to understand and never try to sell you! Trust her with your eyes! Excellent experience! I love that Dr. Damian took the time to answer all the questions you have. Will be coming back soon!
I brother had a bad experience at this place. I paid for something that turned out to be a waste of money. I was supposed to get a contact exam, but they never did it, so i had to go back. When we finally tried to schedule the rest of the payment, they refused because too much time had passed. I asked the lady if i paid $130 for nothing, and she said yes. That's very unprofessional. Instead of giving us a discount, she just said we wasted our money. Three of us recommended this place to four people, but now I've messaged them to stay away."
