The OC Mail Store in Mission Viejo has been such a great find! They offer so many services, and it’s been super convenient every time I stop by. Whether you need shipping and packing, private mailboxes, or even DMV renewal help, they’ve got it covered. They also handle things like live scan fingerprinting, notary services, and I love that I can even pick up or drop off my Amazon packages there. Plus, if you need printing, scanning, or shredding, they’re on it. What really stands out to me is how friendly and fast the staff is.
Made an appointment for fingerprinting online at 11:00 on October 14th, 2024, and the whole shop was just closed. Do NOT schedule fingerprintings here. Now, I have to scramble to try and figure something out so that I can keep my job offer. SO pissed.
When I am in town this is my go to mail store unlike the competitors, I get the same people, who are there and willing to help you with mail box rentals, passport photos, notary and mail packaging services. I have a mailbox there and I'm very satisfied. I can call before I show up and that saves me a trip on grabbing my mail when it is or isn't available.
I had a very good experience with getting my fingerprints, Cheree was extremely friendly and helpful, I will definitely be coming back to The OC Mail Store in Mission Viejo. Thanks again Cheree!
