I went here for Live Scan and had a great experience. The gentleman who helped me was very professional and detail-oriented. He noticed that my driver’s license had a different address than the form and carefully fixed it on the spot. Later I called him to double-check, and he reassured me that everything was correct because he had already taken care of it. I really appreciated his accuracy and attention to detail. Highly recommend OC Mail Store!
I’ve been a customer at OC Mail Store in Laguna Niguel for a while now, and I couldn’t be happier with their service. The staff is incredibly friendly and always helpful. They offer a wide range of services, from mail and shipping to computer repairs and even iPhones for sale. I was pleasantly surprised to find they also have a cool selection of records! I just renewed my P.O. Box for another year and have never had a single issue. The owners are genuinely kind people, and it’s always a pleasure to stop by. Highly recommend this place for its great service and welcoming atmosphere!
So I thought going to a mail store was just a boring task, but Pak at OC Mail store showed me otherwise! He is so warm and friendly and goes out of his way for his customers. And…. Icing on the cake he does phone repairs, has phone cases, collector records and I’m sure many more things I don’t know about! He set the bar high for other mail stores!!!
Pak was great! It was my first time in and his customer service was 5 stars. I’ll continue to use oc mail for all my needs.
I brought my laptop to the Laguna Niguel location to have a key on my keyboard fixed. They were able to turn it around in just over an hour and it seems to be working great now.
