Nina is outstanding at what she does. She has been instrumental to helping kids in our Santa Ana community have 20/20 vision for all of their learning needs. I have been coming here for over 20 years to get my eyes checked by Nina. When I was a kid, I was an avid reader and writer, so my eyes began to strain, FAST! Thankfully, Nina was there for me and my 2 sisters. I remember the process being so welcoming and easy! I go in, Nina welcomes me to her eye machine, I answer a couple questions, Nina always knows EXACTLY the lens size you need. Not only is she professional, but she also takes the time to ask you how your day was, what you did in school. I loved talking to Nina as a kid, and she is the same years later. After my eye check, Nina directs you to pick out your glasses and she'll take care of the rest! There's so many styles to choose from, and she takes our Medi-cal so we have had a fantastic experience. Love the owner, her assistants are great, they are so easy to book an appointment, they are professional and get things done very quickly, and your eye check is bound to be very accurate. Took my mom in for an exam paid $70. To get someone's attention took a few mins for her to come to front desk, so After ordering a pair of over $600 👓 my mom picked them up cus they were ready, to tell u that they were way off my moms old 👓 were better off because with the new ones she couldn't see much. So she went back and told them she couldn't see, so Dr took back and the 2nd time after mom picked up the glasses the gril told my mom that the Dr had said that she couldn't do anything else on the glasses if they weren't fix that time.. which is so disappointing because we were referred there. Very unprofessional of them.
Dr. Nina is amazing. Very welcoming and nice. Me and my family have beeing seen by Dr.Nina for the past 5 years +. She genuinely cares for you.
Just picked up my daughter's pair of glasses at Nina Optometry. The fromt desk attendant handed the glasses from behind her desk. She didn't care to show it, make sure the glasses would fit my daughter nor to adjust them. She looked annoyed when I took the glasses out to have my daughter try them on. The attendant really didn't care if we were leaving she didnt say a word to us other than here are the glasses. Rude service, low quality frames, horrible customer service, and for $57 you get a 2 minute eye exam. Go get your glasses somewhere else; this place does not appreciate your business!
Staff seems to be veeeery un-happy and asking getting their help or attention seems to be ever so dreadful in their perfectly quiet day. Optometrist, Nina, is friendly. Locations seems good with pllenty of parking shared by nearby businesses. Place looks clean.
