The repair services that I required were of an urgent nature and NexGen’s response was comforting and immediate. From the initial call to the field tech and to the repair, was simply a positive experience. I would recommend NexGen to anyone who found themselves in need of HVac services.
I had several companies come to our home and tell us we had to buy a new HVAC unit. Jasmine the sales rep came to the home saw our outside condenser and said who is treating you this terrible. You need our technician to see what is going on. Andrew came out right away looked at unit and informed us that the unit is good and that we just need to replace the motor that a company installed wrong. He gave some safety recommendations and I added that in for repair. I got honest people who took their time to listen and to explain the details. Needless to say we are saving 10s of thousands of dollars because it will be a repair not a new system. Nexgen employees are prompt honest and don't want to over sale you items you don't need. I am so blessed that they came to our rescue. It is so hard to find quality and honesty l. I highly recommend Andrew and Jasmine to any home owner. Thank you Nexgen.
Installed all new ducting on both of my HVAC systems.. The two technicians did a great job and were very professional in their interactions with me.. I have heard nothing after the HERS inspection so I guess that is good news.
NexGen what can I say, this is the 2nd time in a few years that I had to call you. You are always quick to respond, and your team is professional and courteous. This time was a plumbing leak and Ben was super communicative to me while I was at work and he was at my house keeping me informed of everything that was going on. Ben had to do some exploring to find the leak and he made minimum holes and fixed the leak. I appreciate you guys!!
