Beyond their size, small businesses are defined by their spirit. And at the helm are their intrepid founders—scrappy, ambitious, and resilient. They invent and build things despite uncertainty, because it’s what drives them. Their risks lead to innovation that moves the world forward. And we need them.
Delicious brunch and dinner with top-tier service that reflects the high standards of Kei Concepts. The food is rich and flavorful, everything melts in your mouth. Each dish has multiple flavors packed into it. The staff regularly refilled our waters and checked on us. The brunch ambience is comfortable and filled with natural sunlight. The dinner atmosphere is warmly lit with modern and sleek details. I haven’t tried happy hour yet, but after my amazing brunch and dinner visits, it’s on my to try list. Brunch was my most recent visit which is what I’ll focus on. 🍳Brunch Food🥖: -Banh Mi Chao with Beef Belly: delicious, the meat is juicy and flavorful, perfect sunny side eggs -Crispy Pork Rice Bowl: crispy and tender at the right spots, vegetables complimented the dish nicely -Crab Toast: how do they make something as simple as scrambled eggs taste so good, the crab and scrambled eggs tasted amazing together, smooth, rich
My first Kei Concepts experience! Word on the street is that they all have the same happy hour hack — show up at 4:45, order their entire happy hour menu for a fraction of the price, but still get the SAME! PHENOMENAL! FOOD! even at the same portion. We got 5 dishes for $60 before tip and it fed four of us pretty well, although YMMV depending on your party’s appetite. Garlic noodles had the perfect Q texture with jumbo juicy charred shrimp. Seafood ceviche was tender and slightly acidic with a hint of coconut. Xoi man isn’t porky at all with amazing Chinese sausage, although the sticky rice is a little heavier. The baguette in the banh mi chao is UNREAL; perfectly soft and fluffy, and we considered getting another one on the side. We finished with a banana bread pudding, which is fantastically complex with crunch, fluff, bitterness, and nuttiness all in one package. It was on the sweeter side but the perfect end to a delicious dinner! The inside is so elegant, and our servers were amazing in making sure we could take advantage of the happy hour!
I've been wanting to try this place forever, so I was excited to finally make it out this weekend when I was visiting. The atmosphere: There's a good amount of patio and indoor seating, but brunch gets busy. I'd recommend making a reservation, and if you can, aim for an earlier time for better seating and wait times. The food: We started with the Seafood Ceviche and the Crab Toast. Both were a little pricey for the portion size, but were really tasty and easy to share. I ordered the Banh Mi Chao with filet mignon, and the meat was super tender and marinated perfectly. The tomatoes added a nice fresh bite. The Xoi Chien was also delicious. I had never seen it prepared that way before. I loved how crispy the rice was, especially paired with savory toppings like Chinese sausage and pork floss. Side note, I'm obsessed with the Coconut Ube Coffee. I could drink that all day. I'd love to see them add a pandan cream option too because that would be an amazing combo. The service: Our server was great. I can't remember her name, but she was attentive, patient, and genuinely made my party's experience better. Good vibes all around!
Here is my review about this place. 1 - decoration 9/10: There a lot of space and open kitchen very nice. There was only a couple of chairs a bit broken or unstable. 2 - ambiance 10/10: very nice ambiance a lot of people. For kids, a date or celebrate a birthday. 3 - service 10/10: the service was amazing the waitress knew her menu suggest if it was our first time. They are polite and with a smile. 4- food 10/10 : the food was amazing I understand why it was full and people waiting. There is varieties of plates , very good coconut drink. Look at the pictures. 5 - cleanest 9/10: it was clean the only small issue was the restroom. They had no more tissues for hands and the drying machine didn't work. Globally very nice place I recommend it for sure.
Not your typical Vietnamese restaurant. Really more of an upscale Vietnamese restaurant. Beautiful dining area with a direct view of the kitchen. One, large dining area separated with a decorated divider, sushi style counter as well. We made reservations for lunch and were glad we did. Very busy at noon on a Wednesday. Paul, our initial server greeted us quickly. Fully explained any menu questions we had and agreed to check with the chef on a custom order I had in mind. Food presentation is very good, beautifully created and just as tasty. If you are not a spice fan, as your server about your desired dish. I wanted the Seafood Tom Kha Pasta as it looked like it would be mild. Luckily Paul let me know it's about a 5 or 6 out of 10 on the spicy chart. Well, that's 3 or 4 numbers higher than I enjoy. So I asked if they could make it with the garlic noodle 🍜 "sauce". He inquired and they did. It was great, probably one of the favorite dishes as our table. We ordered two appetizers and three entrées and shared. The crispy pork rice bowl 🍚 was good, the filet Mignon was good, and the crab 🦀 toast was good. The calamari was just okay... It's not on the menu but they have Coca-Cola products available. Definitely worth a try. Hope you can bring a few people with you and share the dishes. Enjoy!
