NEP Cafe offers great food and drinks, with the added convenience of easy parking. The dishes are flavorful, and the drinks are refreshing. However, my experience was soured by the service. We visited on a Saturday, and while the wait time for two people was 30 minutes around 1pm, the real disappointment came when the server brought us the check before we even finished our meal. This felt unnecessary, especially since there were plenty of available tables and no one waiting after the lunch hour.
This has been a restaurant that I have seen and passed by. I spoke to a coworker and she told me how there are several concept restaurants. I was finally able to finally visit and eat at NEP cafe. There was a 25 minute wait and took the time to walk around the park across. Got a text that our table was ready. It was quick to get seated. I got a coconut coffee and a shrimp noodle plate. Everything was delicious. The waiter was helpful. The area that we sat in was clean and I can see how the food was prepared. Would definitely come back again.
We returned for dinner after two years, and everything was perfect. The cozy vibe, delicious food, and well-crafted drinks made the experience exceptional. The attentive staff ensured everything went smoothly, and the price was well worth the value. Last time, we came for brunch and were equally impressed.
We came super early on Sunday. We went with a party of 9 and didn't have a chance to make a reservation since we flew in from PA the day before. Luckily, we got a table since we came in like 20-30 mins after they opened. Food and service are amazing. Great selection from Beverage to food. Strongly suggest for reservation to avoid the Q
Even on a Monday morning, this place seems fairly busy; however, the service remains very good. The food came out quickly and at a good pace. The drinks were a little on the sweet side, as expected, and were tasty. The food was hot with lots of layers of flavors and very fair portions. A good experience overall. Will recommend to others and will be coming back whenever we can.
