They give me 3 wrong tires of 3 different size u guys could do better I pay 120 the 2nd time they were saying they gonna fix my car they didn’t n ended breaking down n mess up my engine . So ima never coming back here hope people from Santa Ana know this tire shops ain’t it .
Went to get tires and they didn't balance when they said they were and the person taking off the tires broke of a wheel stud told me about it and I told him it was cool no problem so I came back because they didn't do the balance they do the 2 fronts and I ask if they were gonna do the 2 back ones and the person in charge says yea we can I see them talking for a bit and I went to check my tires and another stud was broken off I asked what happened and he said the guy told you already I said no he didn't so he tells me go get the part ill fix it I honestly laughed and told him I would fix it would recommend coming here and if you do keep your eyes on them...
I came in kinda last minute , Marco was in the process of closing so I really felt bad. But he was very gracious enough to give me awesome tire service regardless. Amazing professionalism and kindness. I recommend this shop to anyone. A++
