They are very friendly and fast as wrll. I went to others were they tried selling me new ones and gave me all the excuses on why. But i no what wanted for the moment. Moreno s is the best tire spot around for used tires...

Very bad experience. I bought a brand-new tire from this shop about 4 months ago, and it came with a warranty. Unfortunately, the tire already bubbled and lost its life, which should not happen so soon.
When I went back to the shop, the employee treated me very poorly and was rude instead of helping or honoring the warranty. Overall, the product quality and customer service were both disappointing. I would not recommend this place.

Especially if you are a girl/woman, these guys are scammers!
I went to go buy four new tires for my car. When I got there, they told me they didn’t have my size at the shop and the wait would be 30 mins for my tire size to get dropped off. Thinking they had my tire size, I waited even though they tried very hard to convince me to get another size that I didn’t want. Once the tires arrived, they changed them instantly and didn’t give me a chance to check the size. When I checked the size, it was the same exact tire size they had at the shop that I specifically told them not to put on. They had me waiting over 1 hour and a half just for them to put the wrong tires on, thinking I wouldn’t notice. I told them to take them off and put back the old ones. Marco arrived and gave me some bs about the brand of the tire but could have easily told me they did not have that tire size in that brand, but instead they just installed the wrong tires thinking I wouldn’t notice. Since they were already installed, Marco again tried very hard to convince me that there wasn’t much of a difference, but it was simply just not the same tire size of my car and what I wanted. He even tried convincing my friend because my friend is a guy. Thinking my friend could convince me but it’s MY car. I ended up buying a different brand of tire that was actually my size after jumping through many loops. Una señora (an elder lady) arrived at the shop while all this was happening because they had literally put her tire inside out. SMH they had a bad attitude after the fact, they messed up and really tried to scam me. Ladies, please be careful if you decide to go here, bring your dad or a guy friend. I would NEVER recommend this place to anybody and I would NEVER came back here. If I could give this place 0 stars I would.

Went to get tires and they didn't balance when they said they were and the person taking off the tires broke of a wheel stud told me about it and I told him it was cool no problem so I came back because they didn't do the balance they do the 2 fronts and I ask if they were gonna do the 2 back ones and the person in charge says yea we can I see them talking for a bit and I went to check my tires and another stud was broken off I asked what happened and he said the guy told you already I said no he didn't so he tells me go get the part ill fix it I honestly laughed and told him I would fix it would recommend coming here and if you do keep your eyes on them...
