The Monarch Beach Golf Links in Dana Point is a treat to visit and play. The course is in great shape and the views are some of the best around. We did not get the opportunity to try Raul's Smokehouse so we will have to come back for it. Otherwise we highly recommend playing here when you get a chance. Make a whole day of it to truly enjoy .

Wonderful golf course that is impeccably beautiful. Really next level stuff. Fun to play with challenging greens, and enough variance to please the whole group. The grounds crew and staff are wonderful, too. Add this place to your bucket list and shoot 'em straight (or shank the hell out of it and still have fun). P.s. check out the cheeky names on the lawn bots.

We gave Monarch Beach Golf another try after last year when we had issues with the person working the starter group . Luckily he was not there this time . My nephew and I were greeted in the lobby check in and the guy working there was super nice friendly and had common knowledge in things we liked as well. Very family friendly. Then we proceeded to the starter captain and he was so perfect , helpful , nice and kind hearted . We were all happy to see this guy working the starter location. Thankyou for making these locals who live near the course want to come back again because of you and the guy working the check in on April 7 5pm. Whoever manages these guys please keep them on your payroll they are good for business. As far as the course it’s always 5 star for us and no one rushed us , very peaceful , Weather was perfect . Again thankyou to management who hired those 2 men that we associated with

The grand and splendid entrance, the valet's warm greeting, the well-maintained fairway and green, the beautiful ocean view - especially the view from the 3rd hole -, the detailed facility usage instructions and warm words from the person in charge at the starting point were great, and the sunset in the afternoon was really beautiful. The pride of the local resident members in their golf course was also impressive.

Beautiful and challenging golf course. The staffs were awesome from pro shop valet to first tee. The only downside is that there wasn't any driving range but other than that, everything was perfect. I'm surprised that the course condition was much better than trump national, which is way $$$. I'll definitely come back
