Wonderful company to work with! I am late in writing this review, as I purchased a new air conditioner and furnace last year. The good news is I can report several months (almost a year now) later everything is working great. On July 4th my air conditioner decided it wanted it's independence! I reached out via Yelp to few companies, I truly was not expecting anyone to answer or return my call during the holiday but much to my surprise Mission Viejo Heating & Air did! I spoke with John - no rushed phone call, even on a holiday! John came to my house within a day or so, again it was a holiday weekend. John reviewed all of options in detail - he was professional, knowledgeable, polite - everything you hope for when working with a larger expense for your home and don't know a lot about it! Leo (main installer) was amazing - hard working, accommodating, and very knowledgeable! Poor guy was in my attic, which felt like it was 120+ degrees, for hours! I did recently reach out for a for a service call out. I wanted to discuss a few other options that were originally discussed but at the time I waited on. Gabby took care of scheduling me - great customer service, polite, and considerate of my request and needs. Martin came out to address my later service call request, he was on time, professional and informative. He reviewed some options with me, and spent time answering all my "is this possible, and what if" questions (and trust me I have them). We had new carpet installed recently and he made sure to wear booties - so considerate. When you have situations in your home that need immediate attention, I understand the stress and time constraints you can be under to get repairs in a timely manner - you must reach out to this company! Believe me, I do my homework - I can't recommend Mission Viejo Heating and Air enough!
I have to start by saying I’m so impressed with this company ! They are BY FAR the best! I was looking for a new air conditioner/furnace/thermostat because my system stopped working after 27 years in the dead of heat. I knew it was time. It’s stressful too . I was deciding between a Lennox or what Iv had 27 years with no issues which was Carrier. I did research , Lennox parts are hard to get so I read reviews on this company who installs Carrier after getting two other quotes we went with Mission Viejo heating and air. The other people who came out were not personable and didn’t answer my questions and tryed upselling me on something I didn't truly need. John came out he was great! He answered all my questions gave me his cell and even saw something the other two people didn’t . The day of service which was today , Leo and Jackson came out early on time ready to get started and did everything efficiently and in a timely fashion also answering my questions. This team is personable respectful and great to do business with ! I highly recommend them you can trust they will get the job done. they also help get the inspections. Thankyou guys for doing a great job !
Quoted a system without hassle or game. I had four other companies out to quote an AC/Furnace. MV H&A seems to be the most straight forward and a good price. The guy (John) who quoted the system was a part of the team installing it (I like that). One day job, seemed like a smooth seamless operation. No problems. Would recommend and call again.
I called Mission Viejo Heating and Air, and they came out so quickly! Martin arrived ahead of schedule and even gave me a heads-up that he was free earlier, which I really appreciated. He got the job done in record time, was super friendly, and the price was very fair. I was really impressed with the whole experience. I’ll definitely be calling them again when the need arises!
Exceptional experience with this contractor in all facets of the job from the initial meeting to determine an estimate for the work to be done to completion of the job. All workers were on time, worked efficiently, were knowledgeable about the systems installed, performed all work in the time frame promised. All under the estimated price! Nothing more one could ask for Period.
