This was such a gem to find in the neighborhood! This is such a retro cool chic.Restaurant to eat at. It's a small cafe style indoor outdoor... Literally just two cooks who cook amazingly.. And serving stuff was so friendly and hospitable. Have a cool bar inside which lots of people were at. We had the shrimp and grids and of course, they're chicken on waffles. The food was delicious.It was the perfect branch that kept us full all day. Highly recommended for everyone 👌🏼

Loved stumbling upon this unique spot, with authentic retro vibe and tasty food!
I got the chicken and waffles with gravy - bomb! Crispy chicken was delicious.
Drip coffee is a bit too weak but is typical diner strength if that's your preference.

Back in the area again and was graving some good comfort food. Just as before, fantastic service, food was sooooo on point. So fresh tasting. I just love the Southern Catfish.
First visit here after co worker mentioned he knew a good place for " Southern Food ", as someone who grew up in the South I had to give it a shot.
Food was all really great. The gumbo was flavorful, the Fried catfish was seasoned perfectly, the Hoppin John's and greens were spot on, the desert was extremely good too. Savanna the bartender was great too, attentive, engaging, friendly and actually spoke to ppl not just the regulars. Definitely will dine here again, nice vibe, clean, inviting and low key great food.

Got the chicken and waffles with buttermilk gravy on the side and it did not disappoint! Will definitely be coming back. Just found my local spot for soul food. The deviled eggs were fantastic as well.

Everything we ordered was absolutely delicious. The presentation of each dish was wonderful, especially the chilaquiles topped with fresh avocado and cilantro.
The portions are generous and satisfying. You can tell they put a lot of care into their food here. We are definitely planning to come back soon to try more of the menu.
