Coming here for the first time the whole office made me feel very comfortable. Dr. Quan, adriana and Nary at the front desk were so welcoming and explained the whole process to me. They made me feel comfortable when getting my work done to keep me up to date. I don’t feel a thing and this will be my forever dentist!
I highly recommend this place. Everyone in the office is so welcoming and friendly. I actually enjoy going to the dentist but recently haven't been able to find a good one since I moved out to California from the east coast. 2 years later, finally found Dr.Kwon! She recommended deep cleaning since I haven't been to the dentist for so long. She was personable, friendly and very good at what she does. If anyone is anxious about going to the dentist, Dr. Kwon will make you feel at ease and comfortable, she will make sure you're not in pain during the visit, always keeping you in check so you're not suffering. She also gives you honest opinions about your teeth. She knows her stuff really well and I hope she never moves out of Tustin. Also technologies are up to date, X-ray images are clear. Only downside is, there are no doors when you are in the room, so everyone can hear me talking about my awkward flossing routine across the room. Otherwise I definitely will be coming back for my next routine cleaning.
This was my first visit. However my wife and I had amazing experience with all staff members, and of course the dentists were very friendly and forthright about the treatment plan. No extra fees charged. I highly recommend this dental office.
Great dentist, he was so patient and gently talked me through the appointment. I'm terrified of dentists, and he made sure I was properly numbed before starting. My issue is their Benefits Coordinator, I was told for a deep cleaning that my insurance does not cover it and will have to pay out of pocket, per quadrant. I eventually went back to a previous dentist and was not charged for the deep cleaning at all, while under the same insurance. So before y'all put money towards a payment plan, verify with your insurance first. Update: I literally was called today and was asked if I wanted to come back and schedule an appointment. I told the lady about my experience, and she said, "I'll remove you from our list." So, I then went ahead and wrote this review. Most likely, there was some error in the verification process (I know it's a ton of work dealing with insurances) I'm informing other patients to double-check with their insurance, so mistakes can be resolved. Sometimes, care is denied/ still pending, for the simple reason the patient's info has not been properly updated into the insurance's system or not sending in e-records within the insurance's time limit.
