I am writing this review 3 months post treatment as that was the time line that was given to me to see results from Emote (skin tightening procedure). I am sooo pleased with the results. I met with Kelsey (terrific gal btw) a couple of times prior to treatment to discuss some medical challenges I was having. She was completely honest and supportive when discussing what treatments I should and should not do. As soon as it was safe for me to begin Emtone treatments Kelsey discussed in detail what I could expect. First, it was such a pleasure to have Kelsey as my technician as she is so fun, intelligent and skilled. There was never any upsell pressure and I thoroughly enjoyed my experience. The results are in.....it works! I will definitely be going back for maintenance. The entire staff, btw, is great! These gals are so kind and fun. Highly recommend this state of the art med spa with many offered treatments!
I had such a great experience at Med Lounge a couple of weeks ago, thanks to Jackie! She performed a Potenza RF microneedling treatment on me, and I couldn’t be happier with how everything went. Before we started, she took the time to explain how the treatment works — combining microneedles with radiofrequency energy to boost collagen, tighten skin, and improve texture. She also mentioned it’s great for fine lines, acne scars, and pores, all with minimal downtime, which was exactly what I was looking for. Jackie was incredibly warm and professional. She applied numbing cream beforehand, so the discomfort was minimal, and throughout the treatment, she kept checking in to make sure I was okay and didn’t need a break. That level of care made a huge difference — I felt totally at ease the entire time. It’s rare to find someone who makes you feel that comfortable during a procedure like this, and I really appreciated how open she was to all my questions. I’ll definitely be returning to Med Lounge, and Jackie will be my go-to RN from now on!
I started going here for laser hair removal. I've only had 2 sessions so far, but both times the staff made me feel comfortable and the facility was very clean. Location is easy to find and free parking was available even on busy weekends. I felt their prices were comparable, and I did call around before selecting this company. One of the deciding factors for me was that they did offer numbing and it was included in the price. Other places either didnt offer it or charged extra. As for results its still too soon to tell, but they are using the go-to equipment everyone seems to be using, when I was doing my research. I will keep on coming here. Pleased so far.
As a first-time patient for any cosmetic treatment, I had an incredible experience at Med Lounge for my laseMD ultra laser. They not only were super professional about scheduling and squeezing me in last minute. As soon as I started my consultation, Grace was such a gem and eased me through the process --explained throughly about the benefits of the treatment. Shoutouts to Jackie for keeping my spirits high as I was a little nervous at first with the entire process xD. Both of the girls were so sweet, friendly, and knowledgeable. Glad I found this gem!!!!!
I had such a great experience with my skin laser treatment! Jackie was absolutely amazing, she took the time to explain everything, made me feel comfortable throughout the process, and her attention to detail really showed. The treatment itself was smooth and professional, and I felt like I was in the best hands. The atmosphere was also wonderful, relaxing, clean, and welcoming, which made the whole experience even better. I left feeling refreshed and well cared for. I highly recommend Jackie if you’re considering a treatment here, you won’t be disappointed!
