My wife and her dad have been coming here for close to 35 years and this place never disappoints all their food is delicious! Salads are the best tritip sandwich amazing but their pizza is like no other place definitely not of a kind. Almost every time we are in hb we have to stop! They definitely have a customer for life. I also have to mention they have the best customer service by far. Just very nice people all around thank you Massimo for always taking care of the Robinson family.

Slice of authentic Brooklyn made pizza in Huntington Beach. The joint has been opened since 1975 I think. Family owned and operated. Great staff. Great pizza and sandwiches. Recommend the meatball parmigiana. Great to bring your family, get some drinks, eat delicious pizza. This post is Brooklyn approved.

I’ve been coming here long enough to understand the system. Step 1: Walk in and immediately realize you’re not the most important person in the room. Step 2: Accept that the staff operates with the calm confidence of people who know their food is so good you’re not leaving anyway. Step 3: Eat what might be one of the best Italian meals in Huntington Beach. Service here isn’t rude — it’s just… efficient in a way that suggests they’ve seen everything and nothing surprises them anymore. You’re not here for a therapy session. You’re here for pasta. The place is always busy, which tells you everything you need to know. Now let’s talk about the cash-only situation. You walk in thinking you’re grabbing dinner and suddenly you’re participating in a small financial adventure: • Use the ATM inside • Pay the ATM fee • Pay your bank’s fee • Withdraw extra so you can tip properly • Walk out feeling like you just completed a minor economic stimulus package. But here’s the thing — after the first bite, you stop caring. If incredible food and a slightly chaotic, old-school Italian restaurant vibe are your thing, this place delivers every single time. Would I come back? I already have.

I've been happily eating here for a million years. My brothers ate here, my son ate here. I've never had a bad meal here and I always get great service. Things I love: 1: lunch special 2: side of meatballs 3: antipasto salad- large- the red vinegar dressing is so good I could drink it. 4: sandwiches- all great! 5. i love love love the mushroom pasta Thank you Massimo's for filling my memories with so many great moments! PS great place to catch a sporting event on tv

Looking for a go-to pizzeria since being in this area and I came across Massimo's on Uber Eats. According to the app I got my order within an hour and even having been that long, the pizza was a room temp by the time it reached me - I still enjoyed the flavors and pizza dough texture. Really delicious. The crust was a perfect thin crust; chewy and a flavorful mild marinara sauce. I'm confident had it been eaten warmer, it provabky would be a perfect 5 stars. I'll definitely be visiting again soon. The red onions were slightly burnt- maybe they should be layered after some cook time or make the onions a little bigger? To prevent the burnt edges, but despite that, I still really enjoyed the flavors. I even had a few slices left for the next day and it was just as enjoyable the next day. Looking forward to trying it dining in next time. Opted for the hot honey dipping sauce too ($2) The cannoli was an impulsive pick, and a subtle and sweet dessert. Mostly looking forward to trying more of their pizzas soon. Uber Eats their pizza and cannoli (despite the burnt red onions- still enjoyed their pizza; very much; great flavors and a chewy dough texture) Uber eats order Cannoli, Med Pizza 2 toppings $39, Tip, $10 uber eats fees= Total $59. I understand their pizza being a bit more than some of the other pizza places. I can definitely taste the difference and quality of their ingredients.
