I’ve been a patient of Dr. Howard’s for several years. I had an appointment during the COVID pandemic at 1:30pm. I’m old & when I went into Costco is was too crowded for me. I explained & the staff rescheduled me for an early morning appointment. This time it was not crowd, the staff was so respectful & caring and Dr. Howard gave me an excellent, safe examination. I felt safe, happy to have an eye exam & appreciative for the reschedule. I highly recommend Dr. Marsha Howard.
I saw Dr. Michael Tran at the Costco Laguna Niguel location recently and highly recommend! I had a small emergency and the staff there got me in to see Dr. Tran the same day I called. He was both kind and professional and resolved my problem. I'm most grateful to him and his staff.
I called to make a future appointment and due to a cancellation, they were able to see me the same day! As this was my first visit, there was paperwork to complete which didn't take long. The office staff was friendly, welcoming and efficient as was Dr. Howard. She listened to what I had to say and explained each step of the eye exam. I have been a patient of Dr. Howard for many years and I have referred most of my family and many of my friends to her because of her excellent care. I attempted more than once to go through my HMO and I always ended up having my prescription corrected by Dr. Howard. She’s professional, caring, and constantly updating her office and her expertise in optometry in order to keep us, the patients, well taken care of and well informed.
I have been seeing the optometrist at Costco for several years...(Dr. Howard) the last two years are pushing me towards finding a new doctor. The wait has gotten ridiculous. My appointment was at 5pm, it's 5:45 and I'm still waiting. Mind you, I checked in 20 minutes early as well. The office staff is cordial and apologetic, but that does not solve the situation or the overbooking of appointments.
