I am so happy with Howard Optometry. I walked in for the first time to make an appointment and I was able to get one the very next day. Everyone in the office was so nice and helpful! Dr Forman was awesome he was so nice and he explained everything so well! I really appreciated him taking that time with me and making me feel at ease and welcomed. I will definitely be back!
Dr Howard is by far the best eye Dr I've ever had, been seeing her and staff for many years and it's worth the extra 10 mile drive to see her and get all my eye care and tests done and done rite. AND Dr. Howard has always been a "looker" but she seems to be getting hotter and HOTTER with every visit! And she makes sure I get to see her and all the rest of this crazy world clearly as it all go by! And her staff is totally professional as can be. Dr. Phu Nguyen O.D. was great! He was kind, informative, and patient. He was fun and made the appointment easy going and enjoyable. I left with a new prescription, felt fully informed about it, and with the desire to come back next year and see him for a follow up. He is located within Costco and I am always very satisfied with the service and support there.
Very professional, patience, and caring Staff. The Staff and Eye Doctor explained everything to me and made me feel comfortable. I paid for the extra testing and the Eye Doctor review my before and after exam pics to explain that my eyes are healthy and I also received my updated eyeglasses prescription. I'm am impressed with the service and will return. I've been using their services since 2023. Thank you for all you do.
