I absolutely LOVE coming here. The service is always top tier and the Santa Fe chicken sandwich never disappoints. It is a bit on the pricey side but is always worth it. The crème brûlée is a nice dessert to get as well.

Delicious food and amazing staff! (LOCATED ON 3RD FLOOR of Nordstorm's) I have always loved Nordstorm's Marketplace Cafes, but I haven't lived close to one in years, so this was our first and second visit to this location. Now, this is located within Nordstorm, so of course parking at any of Nordstorm's parking lots would be an easy way to reach this restaurant. Our first visit was on Mother's Day, and while it was a bit busy, I didn't think it was overly crowded. Our youngest is autistic and can be a little too active and loud, so we asked to sit outside so that we could relax and not have to worry about him accidentally interrupting others' Mother's Day meals. There was no one outside, so it was like we had our own private room. The atmosphere was amazing, both inside the cafe and out on the terrace. It is mostly quiet with maybe a medium conversation noise level. Even outside is nice, warm, and quiet. To order, you generally view the menu and pay for the meal before you are seated, so most of the wait is done before you even sit down. This can be a plus for families with energetic kiddos! The food was delicious! As it always has been... My only complaint is that they no longer offer the Chicken Tomato Alfredo (over 10+ years ago, but I am still upset about it, lol). However, I did find a new pasta dish that I love! Everyone enjoyed it here, and I loved all the healthy options on the kids' menu. Nice full plates with healthy and delicious food options that even my picky eaters loved! Our second trip was a few days later. We were staying at the nearby Embassy Suites, so I wanted to try to visit at least once more before we left the area. It was the same amazing experience, but this time, it was just the Hubby and me, and we had our meal indoors. Overall, this is a great place to have a delicious and relaxing meal with friends and family!

I recently visited Nordstrom Brea Cafe Restaurant, eager to enjoy a delicious burger, but left feeling incredibly disappointed. The patties seemed like they weren't cooked in-house, as they tasted more like they were just warmed up. I was hoping for a mouthwatering burger experience, but it fell short of my expectations.

Came here to celebrate a friend’s birthday for a small meal and tea. We were a bit full from an earlier outing, yet managed to try a few small appetizers and plates to curb our appetite. The tea was amazing! I recommend this place for a light meal. The ambiance was calm and quiet. Perfect for a small intimate celebration!

I discovered the Nordstrom Marketplace Café at Brea Mall back in January while working nearby, and it quickly became one of my go to spots. I only get a 30 minute break, so having something quick and good close by meant a lot to me. I have spent well over $100 here in the past month alone, and while I have genuinely enjoyed the food, my orders are frequently off in small ways like missing sauces, missing sides, or undercooked vegetables. I never complained about any of that because I understand things happen and I did not want to cause issues. The first time I ever called was March 10th when my chicken tenders were unusually tough. They remade it, but when I came to pick it up, I was treated very coldly by management like I had done something wrong just for speaking up. On March 26th, I received overcooked potatoes and called again. This was only the second time I have ever called despite multiple visits. After being on hold, Porsche got on the phone and told me this was becoming a pattern and that moving forward I would need to verify my food before leaving because they have no proof otherwise and cannot help if I do not eat in the restaurant. That honestly shocked me. Calling twice out of many visits is not a pattern, especially when I have overlooked several other mistakes without saying anything. It felt like I was being accused of trying to get free food, which is completely untrue. I also work in the mall and physically cannot sit and eat there. I have a 30 minute break, and by the time I walk there, order, wait, and walk back, I barely have time to eat. So being told they cannot help unless I dine in is unrealistic and unfair. Beyond that, I have consistently noticed a difference in how I am treated compared to other customers. Conversations feel short and dismissive, and it is honestly uncomfortable. Not that it should matter, but I am a working professional and influencer. I am not someone trying to get over or get free food. I simply expect the same respect as any other paying customer. @Mirithesiren or Miriam Webb if that matters to anyone. The food can be good, but the customer service, especially in how concerns are handled, really needs improvement.
