The front desk team was rather pleasant and helpful the first time with the exception of one employee. Everytime I expressed a concern she made a blatant face or muttered a comment despite the fact that she wasn't even helping me. She was roosting in her desk chair. Regardless of that, every time I've called up to follow up on my prescription needs, she constantly cuts me off after asking me a question. She takes every opportunity to make a condescending comment and I've had enough of it and refuse to go back there. From my point of view she literally goes out of her way to be intimidating or backhanded. LensCrafters might charge more across the way but at least I've never been treated like that there. I feel sorry for the people that are tied to this place by Insurance. And I don't understand why this place allows something like that thrive.

Went in for a contacts exam and walked out with $100+ in copays. They don't disclose extra charges, they just take you through machines and make it seem like everything is part of it is necessary.
Make sure to ask about everything if you ever plan to go here. First time experiencing this since wearing glasses since I was a kid.

Dr. So took the time to get to know me personally before thoroughly explaining his findings in a way that I’d easily and comprehensively understand. He gave me insightful info that no optometrist has ever taken the time to give me before. Great, knowledgable guy to talk to. Easily one of the best doctor-patient interactions I’ve had.

Everyone was very friendly and made great recommendations based on my insurance plan. Making the appointment was extremely easy and they explained everything to me to make sure I understood. Definitely coming back here in the future.
