My husband and I have enjoyed all the services at the Main place optometry for many yrs. We are impressed with the front desk employees, they make you feel welcomed and are very knowledgeable. The optometrist’s are professional,knowledgeable,kind,they take time to listen and answer any questions we have.And of course they have a great variety of frames and contact lenses. This office really displays excellent customer service
Second time here, Lady behind the desk was very rude and gave me a tough time after I asked to reschedule my appointment. Eye exam was okay but the Dr. failed to inform me I had astigmatism , found that out after I went elsewhere for my new frames and provided them the new prescription I received here. Avoid doing business here.
I have been visiting this place for the past three years. They have good doctors there to serve you, but their front desk lady is very rude and impatient. She talked to you like she is above you. When I made an appointment, I asked her to check if my insurance is valid. After receiving the confirmation, I set up my appointment. But when I came over for the appointment, she told me my issuance was invalid and has to waiting until Nov to get recycled. No apology no explanation. Lady, you are fat and rude, you don’t deserve to work in this place. Find another job before further ruining this nice place!
