Beyond their size, small businesses are defined by their spirit. And at the helm are their intrepid founders—scrappy, ambitious, and resilient. They invent and build things despite uncertainty, because it’s what drives them. Their risks lead to innovation that moves the world forward. And we need them.
Four of us went here before a play happening across the street at the Segerstrom Center. I was a little skeptical at first being a chain type of restaurant, but one of my friends going was of Italian heritage and said we should try it. We weren’t disappointed at all. We opted for some drinks before hand, and we all had seconds and thirds. We opted for the family meal which at $53 per person wasn’t bad for a four-course meal. It came with salads, cheeses, pastas, two main courses and a couple of desserts. Even our Italian friend was so impressed with all the dishes he got to try. We left there stuffed and happy, as their service, atmosphere, and food was impeccable. The prices were very affordable too. We’ll be back.
My husband and I came for Valentine’s Day, and we had the best experience! The food was so delicious and our waiter Mo was helpful and kind. We got the family meal which had SO MUCH FOOD, we were so happy to take the rest home. Such a great experience, we will be back!
"We reserved a table for three for dinner. The atmosphere of the restaurant was very warm and pleasant. Even though it was the middle of the week, it was a bit crowded and noisy. The drinks and appetizers were excellent. The main course was delicious and served hot at the table. Overall, everything was great!
located near the South Coast Mall, went on a Sunday evening and wanted to share my experience. We made reservations, but unfortunately, we arrived a few minutes late due to high traffic from the holiday shoppers. While I appreciate the importance of punctuality, the host’s comment about our tardiness felt a bit rude. However, we were promptly seated, which was a plus. As we settled in, we were greeted with complementary bread, a lovely touch that set the stage for our meal. The restaurant boasts a fantastic selection of Italian dishes, making it hard to choose just one. I highly recommend the shrimp linguine; it was absolutely excellent and definitely a highlight of the evening. For dessert, I opted for the crème brûlée, which was decent, but I regretted not trying the lemon cookies that I had heard so much about. The cocktail menu is simple with a good selection of drinks and I particularly enjoyed the smoked old fashioned, which was expertly crafted. I decided against the sangria because I prefer less sweet cocktails, but I’ve heard it’s popular among others. Our waiter was attentive and prompt throughout the evening, contributing to the overall great service we experienced. The ambiance was pleasant, making it a nice spot to enjoy a meal with friends or family.
Very calm and clean place, food was perfectly cooked, and portions size were according to price. We were a party of 14, and the server looked annoyed, with straight face. I can give it to her that she tried to fake it, but not enough. All our party felt rushed by the server and people picking up our plates if we hadn't touched our food within 2 minutes. My friends said that they felt that these people were rude. I would come back for the food but not for the service.
