Recently I've had a hard time finding a place that has really good pho, so I wasn't to sure how this one would taste. However I'm happy to say that this was some of the best pho I've had in a really long time. We ordered the shrimp spring rolls and a large seafood combo pho, it was more than enough for the both of us to share. The broth was amazing! It was really clean and full of flavor, most pho has really started to skimp on quality, this pho was very fresh. They took their time preparing it and it didn't feel like they had just taken it out of the freezer. I highly recommend Lotus Bistro to anyone in need of some great pho!

Do not judge a book by its cover! The parking lot reconstruction masks a hidden gem. This seems like a popular pickup place, but we chose to dine in and we were the only customers sitting. Met the owners who were very kind.
The real magic is the broth. This is one of the cleanest, more memorable broths we have had. A very slight hint of sweetness. All three of the items we ordered were great.

Hidden behind construction, but I would say this place has the best Vietnamese food I’ve ever had — especially being in the OC area. The fella taking our order was attentive and patient. The food was delicious.

By far one of the best Vietnamese restaurants in OC. The different Pho's are to die for. We love it so much that the wife had it the night before she gave birth to our first child. Highly recommend!

I totally forgot to take a picture because I was so focused on eating, but the shrimp spring rolls had a dipping sauce that was different and better than other restaurants.Also, the shrimp pho soup had a different color broth(little red color), but the flavor was rich and deep, which I really loved.The food comes out in just 10 minutes, so if you're really hungry, you should definitely check it out.
