Small Cafe and Coffee shop with kind service, Vegan offerings and the feel of a team that takes pride in slinging caffeine. My construction friends would think it too fancy. My health nut yoga friends would think it was the greatest coffee shop ever. Enjoyed a Cappuccino while waiting for food. Took 20 minutes but they warned me they were backed up, so no surprise, which works for me. Found while at volleyball tournament at Open Gym Premier, Ladera. 5 minute walk from that building.
Love this place. We went here out of convenience because we were at a Volleyball tournament walking distance. We got the Turkey Club Sandwich. My daughter thoroughly enjoyed the sandwich (and the sweet pickles are super yummy), so much that she was thinking about and talking about the sandwich all week and asking when we can go again. The following Saturday we made a special trip over there just to get those sandwiches again. The co-owner is super nice as well as all the team members. The place is busy and everyone is working so hard and super friendly. The decor and vibe of the place is super fun too. A side note, the co-owner wears some fun vintage concert Tshirts. I also noticed they have a lot of GF baked goodies. This was a great find, will definitely be back regularly.
First visit, will probably not return. I had the Italian Tuna salad sandwich, very dry. The tuna mix had very little moisture, the multi grain bread was dry, and then toasted, too. No mayo (mentioned on the menu) on the sandwich. The side pickles were very good. This place was a little too foo-foo for me. But, to their credit, they were busy.
Great place for a morning latte and some breakfast! Highly recommend trying the sunrise flatbread … it’s my go to! All their syrups are made in house making them extra fresh! Matt and Ava ( the owners) are there a lot and truly make everyone feel like they are part of their Lola’s family! Highly recommend stopping by!
Such a great neighborhood place! I love to come here, get a cup of coffee and get some work done. The atmosphere is friendly and welcoming, the staff is super kind and helpful and the food is great!
