WOW WOW... The arrangement was gorgeous and really stood out with how fresh, vibrant and unique it was compared to your average 'nice' bouquet of flowers. I especially liked that this was a local florist and not a 1-800 service I was supporting. The price point was super reasonable for the quality - there was definitely an artistic and professional quality to the arrangement and someone who had pride in their work and art. Thank you for your great work that brought the biggest smile to my parents' faces. Lots of love to you all during this challenging time.
One star for to my unprofessional experience. I can't vouch for what my order looked like because I did not recieve a photo as promised. In early June 2022 I ordered flowers for a funeral from Lily Fiore. The website had a glitch in it so I called to place my order by phone. The gal called me back, took the cc info, I gave her my budget and freedom to create what she thought was suited since she was also doing other arrangements for the same funeral. She said she would take a picture and send the receipt. I never got a picture. It took 2 months after several messages to even get a receipt. I can only trust that the flowers actually arrived to the funeral as the recipient didn't see them. I see mixed reviews here, I felt compelled to share my experience. I do hope Lily Fiore Floral Boutique becomes more consistent in their services. When sending flowers ~ part of the experience is peace in knowing the recipient recieves a beautiful arrangements and they feel they are cared for.
In a time of great sorrow, Michrle and Jesse made this incredible arrangement around a Grateful Dead wall hanging. It meant so much to those of us who had lost our loved one. Thank you, Lily Fiore Floral Artistry for making this.
I ordered a purple orchid arrangement (premium) to be sent to a friend’s memorial service. At first everything was friendly and professional. I paid by credit card and they promised to send me a photo of the product and card when the order was complete. I never heard back from them. I left voice messages, text messages and sent them emails to inquire if the order was delivered. Absolute silence for 10 days. I am going to call my credit card company to dispute the $118 that I paid. I don’t think the order was ever executed. Customers beware!
Honestly, flowers were GREAT, but the service left some to be desired. After an entire year I still feel compelled to return and leave a review for those that played a part in my father's funeral. I was recommended Lily Fiore by O'Connor mortuary when the flower arrangements I wanted weren't something that they could provide themselves. I walked into her cute store, and she worked with me to pick a color scheme and style that worked best for my needs. Leaving the store, I really felt that I was in good hands, and I wasn't worried about much. The problems I ended up having had to do with COMMUNICATION. The other reviews are not lying. She really could improve on her communication with her active clients. I often sent text messages and emails and they would go unanswered. Calls typically went to voicemail. Promises of sending photos went unfulfilled. My anxiety nearly reached a breaking point, and I was honestly unsure of whether I would have flowers or not on funeral day. In the end, she did not disappoint. The flowers were gorgeous, and she really did an outstanding job of taking an idea in my head and turning it into reality from the incredibly vague terms I used to describe my desires. My recommendation if you want to go with her is to really be on top of it. Follow up emails, follow up text messages, follow up calls. Straight up walk in if she doesn't respond. If you are ok with putting up with that, her services really are outstanding. If you don't want to put up with the extra stress (which you typically don't when a loved one has just passed away), you may want to reconsider Lily Fiore.
