I’ve been seeing Dr. Le and Thuy for about six months now, and I truly couldn’t be happier with my experience. I started coming in after dealing with unexpected breakouts—something I had never struggled with before—and I felt totally unsure of what was going on with my skin. From my very first visit, I felt cared for, understood, and confident that I was in the right hands. Dr. Le’s approach is what really sets this place apart. He personally oversees every treatment, which is something you don’t see at every med spa. His attention to detail and commitment to natural results make all the difference—my skin looks like the best version of itself! My absolute favorite treatments so far have been microneedling and the HydraFacial. The results have been incredible, and I genuinely look forward to every appointment. The office is also beautiful—bright, clean, and in a super easy-to-find location with tons of parking (major bonus!). I also love how involved and community-focused they are. They host occasional open houses where clients can meet skincare reps, try products, and enjoy some light refreshments—it’s such a thoughtful touch. I am 59 years old and suffered from extreme cystic acne as a teen. For years Thuy has been suggesting I do microneedling. I didn’t think it would make a difference in the appearance of my scares and the fine line wrenkles they were creating. I finally tried it and WOW! It has made a huge improvement on my skins texture and coloring. My scars have smoothed out and my pores are smaller. My skin looks tighter and I have youthful glow, something I haven’t had in decades. After months of going back and forth on microneedling, I finally booked with Thuy at LA Renew in Mission Viejo, and my only regret is not doing it sooner! I’ve always struggled with skin texture and discoloration, but after my treatment my skin is completely smooth with zero texture and is about 90% brighter and more even. Thuy makes you feel extremely comfortable throughout the entire process, and she’s so honest and knowledgeable that you know you’re in the best hands. I can’t recommend her enough!
