Spoke to Mr. Craig Walkon about a potential mmp case for my mother. He offered to look at her medical records and death certificate at no cost to me, which was kind, but he didn't do that after I sent it to him. I can tell because there's no way he looked at that in a day. He didn't even have the professionalism to call me, he just emailed me that it's not a case he can take and that he was referring me to a friend of his. He could have told me why and if it didn't seem to be a strong enough case; I would have appreciated the truth instead of blowing me off. Not recommended.

I called Craig Walkon's office this afternoon. To my surprise, he answered. I was not talking to a receptionist or waiting to hear from "in-take." I was talking with a real lawyer who actually answered the phone. Craig was respectful, kind, and spent time with me to explain things in detail. He did not take my case; however, I respect the fact that he was honest, straight-forward, and made sure I understood. He could have brushed me off, but he didn't. He could have told me he wasn't taking the case, which he did, but he went the extra mile to understand what my family was going through; he listened. I have already emailed his information to family members telling them that if they need a lawyer, they should call him first. Thank you, Craig. I truly appreciate your time and the talk.
