I found myself in Lake Forest for a work obligation that took longer than expected. Due to the delay my colleagues asked to grab lunch which was not planned. I am currently using Invisalign and when you use Invisalign you have to remove your trays before eating. But theres more, you also have to clean them thoroughly and brush and floss before putting them back on. As luck would have it Lake Forest Modern Dental was in the same shopping center my colleagues chose to grab lunch. I decided to throw a Hail Mary and walk in and see if I could purchase a toothbrush and toothpaste so I could follow the Invisalign guidelines and enjoy lunch with my colleagues. Bottom line is they were so unbelievably kind and were able to help me out when I was in a jam. It’s little moments like these that make you appreciate wonderful people and businesses in our Orange County community. Thank you Lake Forest Modern Dental for helping me on my Invisalign journey. Every time I use the toothbrush, floss and toothpaste you gave me I will always remember your kindness and generosity.
My wife highly recommended Lake Forest Modern Dental and she was right. Everyone was professional and pleasant. I met with Adam first and they have a state of the art X-Ray machine that was pretty impressive. I met Dr. Nguyen as well who really put me at ease with his calm manner and demeanor. I met Jessica also who performed the cleaning. She was very good. No pain or discomfort at all and she talked me through the whole thing and addressed all my questions. I look forward to my next visit and I highly recommend Lake Forest Modern Dental.
I have been going to Dr. Nguyen for the past 2 years. He is by far one of the best dentists I have ever been to. He is smart, hi-tech and very kind. He listens and pays attention to details. My previous dentist would want to do crowns and unnecessary work. Dr. Nguyen is not like that. He is not money hungry he is just about the right diagnosis. I wish I had known about him years ago. Now my family goes to him. I highly recommend him as his entire office staff follow the same ethics.
I’m a relatively new patient at Lake Forest Modern Dental and everyone from office staff to DA’s to hygienists to Dr. Nguyen has been professional and courteous. Communication, bedside manner, help with financing if necessary/possible - everything in my opinion - and I’m just a guy - is A+ here; I highly recommend.
Dr Nguyen and staff at Lake Forest Modern Dental are the absolute best dental practice I have ever visited in my 63 years and I have been to quite a few . I am not the easiest patient during and after an appointment because of previous negative outcomes from previous years . However Dr Nguyen and staff are the first to have ever given me PAINLESS visits from all aspects . They go out of their way to keep you comfortable thru every aspect of your appointment. The office is very inviting and your never rushed or delayed or up sold with anything. Your questions are answered with no loose ends .
