I walked into the dental office as I had not been to the dentist for several years and wanted to schedule something to get back routine. I was gladly welcomed by Elgin and he was able help me schedule an appointment for the very next day! Luckily I had my insurance card and my smile generation already setup from my previous dental office in Anaheim Hills. Elgin did a great job looking up my information and setting up my appointment! I arrived the next day and Elgin already had my folder out waiting for me! What a guy! I went back for X-rays with Briane and she did a great job getting all the pictures and making me comfortable! I got in and chair and my new Dentist, Gina Shaker, gave me a thorough exam and explained what she thought I need and I agreed after seeing the pictures! The 2 fillings went by quick and easy (2 numbing shots, one on each side). Dr Shaker made sure everything felt fine and then I got a deep cleaning and recommended laser treatment in my gums for some bacteria by Cristy. Let me tell you my teeth and gums looked fantastic after leaving and better now 4 hours later now that the numbing worn off. Nicole did a fantastic job explaining to me how much everything cost before proceeding and answered all my questions. Nicole was so nice and helpful. Overall the team members I encountered were outstanding and definitely a five star office! Thank you so much and I’ll definitely be back on a regular schedule thanks to finding this place! You guys rock! 🙏

My husband had selected this dental group as his new dentist recently and had the opportunity to get dental services done.
He was really pleased as the staff was very professional, friendly and courteous. Always checking in with his comfort level and explaining all they were doing in every step.
They accommodated his needs and he would recommend this dental office.

Do you know how to not pick a dental office? They have all kinds of available appointments. But if you like a catty sarcastic front desk manager this is your place! Memorial Care dental plan offers you more funds each year if you choose a Smile Generation dentist. Just dont; its not worth it. The people are rude.

When I scheduled my appointment as a new patient, they advised that there would be consultation and x-rays, in addition to having my teeth cleaned. I was there for over two hours and they didn’t even clean my teeth. Instead, I had any experienced assistant taking x-rays over and over again, and a dentist that felt more like a salesman than a doctor. I was very disappointed with my experience and the amount of my time that was wasted. I would rather pay out of pocket at my prior dentist who doesn’t take my insurance than ever go back to this place.

Recently, I visited Lake Forest Dental Group for a routine teeth cleaning, and Cristy took excellent care of me. Her professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine care are exceptional. The cleaning was completely comfortable, and I left with my teeth feeling perfectly clean.
As a thoughtful side note, Dr. Ellie stopped by briefly even though I did not have an appointment that day, simply to check in and see if I had any questions. That kind of patient focused care feels truly exceptional and rare.
Thank you to Lake Forest Dental Group, especially Cristy and Dr. Ellie, for consistently taking such great care of your patients with very reasonable and transparent billing. I highly recommend them to family and friends.
