Best Dental office EVER. From the front office crew, with Brian as the lead the niceness and professionalism and knowledge just trinkles on to all the rest of the group. They always are smiling, helpful and always call me by name which means so much to me. Then head back to get my work done. I’ve had to get quite a bit done do to neglect and previous experiences. But they so stepped up and have gone above and beyond all my expectations. Beginning with the cleaning and moved right on up to an extraction and then the princess I am I have also received temporary crowns and then of course the real stuff that looks amazing and even a bridge. It’s a new smile for me. I so highly recommend everyone behind the masks and their hands all up in my mouth. The Hygienist, the Oral Surgeon and of course my amazing Doctor Gina. They are all professional, kind, compassionate and most of all they know their stuff. I once again love my smile. It’s been a few years. I cannot recommend them enough. Please just call them, get a consultation and you too will see. There are still Dental Offices that put the patient first and take pride in everything from the 1st phone call to the finishing Smile. They'll tell you additional costly service is needed in the last minute. Don't go there they simply try to sell you more services you may not need. Keyword: super costly laser cleaning is required for deep cleaning. I suspected this is a scam you decide see my story below. Here is my story: I was ready to have my deep cleaning in three hours; and they gave me a call and said that the hygienist schedule is quite full and asked me if I can come right away; I told them that I want to keep my appointment in the scheduled time window, and then they replied that it's ok to come as scheduled but the hygienist required to add laser cleaning due to my teeth conditions and even with my insurance, this would incur an additional almost $400 out-of-pocket cost for me. They never mentioned laser cleaning is needed when I made the appointment one week ago, and all was told in this last minute call.
I have been coming here since I was very young, so a very consistent customer. My appointment today was at 9, but i got there at 8:55 to check in. Today, I went in for my cleaning and waited about 40 minutes until the x-ray person came to get me. Then after that, waited about 30 minutes for the doctor, and another 40 for the cleaning. I was there for over two hours. I schedule things early in the morning so I can make it to work and other things on my agenda. This is the worst service ever. If they can’t go with their schedule, then change it.
This review is specific to bad customer service, POOR accounting principles and to WARN you to carefully review you fund balance and payments. Unfortinatelly, I experienced extremely bad account management, and poor leadership and accontability by who I believe is the site or regional manager. I had a very bad experience with previous manager when trying to get an accurate balance of my account. Within days, I have emails where Marisol, previous manager, provided me with multiple errouneous account balances, whether due to poor accountability and administration or fraud. After multiple inquiries and no resolution I finally escalated to Bryan Johnson, who is believed to have taken a leadership role. Yet, he Never responded to the email I forwaded him to show the accounting concerns. When I finally showed up at the office for my niece's last visit he was dismissive and arrogant when I approached the counter to ask for a reconciliation of my balance again. Instead of expressing any kind of regard for what I had to deal with to get a clear accounting record, he seemed annoyed that I was there to get answers. i was able to get some assistance from Victoria, who was very helpful. During my visit, at first, I was provided with payment history that was still off compared to my payment history by over $2,000. I addressed the discrepancy and requested some proof of balance payoff as again, the accounting was very unreliable and a big mess. I was given screenshots of the system with a hand written note that account was "paid in full" after my last in-person payment that day. Overall, I was astomished how what I believed was a reputable dentistry office, has very poor accounting oversight, leadership and customer service skills. I am extremely dissappointed; despite my niece needing extended dental care, I cannot trust an organization who is shady about the accounting and gets annoyed when a PAYING patient expects transparancy and accountability. I decided to take my business elsewhere. PLEASE BEWARE if you do decide to give this dentistry a chance!!
