Recently, I visited Lake Forest Dental Group for a routine teeth cleaning, and Cristy took excellent care of me. Her professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine care are exceptional. The cleaning was completely comfortable, and I left with my teeth feeling perfectly clean. As a thoughtful side note, Dr. Ellie stopped by briefly even though I did not have an appointment that day, simply to check in and see if I had any questions. That kind of patient focused care feels truly exceptional and rare. I had a bone graft done here and couldn’t be happier with the care I received. The Dr. Kallaos was incredibly skilled, gentle, and reassuring throughout the entire process. The front desk staff were equally wonderful—kind, patient, and always helpful with scheduling and explaining everything. Truly a great team!
I had a very uncomfortable experience with a new hygienist I never met before. The cleaning felt rough and rushed, and throughout the appointment I was repeatedly pressured to agree to additional treatments that did not feel necessary. I was told that if I didn't proceed, my teeth would "fall out" and I would end up spending a lot of money on implants, which felt more like a scare tactic than patient education. Instead of explaining options calmly, the approach was pushy and anxiety-inducing. I left feeling stressed and unheard rather than cared for. I expect professionalism, gentleness, and respectful communication, and unfortunately this experience fell far short of that. I came for a cleaning and left with a bill over $700.
Wow wow wow! This clinic is where kindness was born!! My husband, Pete, had a dental emergency and our regular dentist was not available for a week. He needed an urgent tooth extraction and Dr. Kallaos saved the day. Every single person in this office is professional and kind!! Fantastic care!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
I have a lot of dental anxiety, and the staff here has always been so supportive and kind when I feel anxious about dental procedures. They never judge me for crying, and even follow up with me a day after to make sure I’m okay. Recently, I had a lot of dental procedures and Victoria was so patient and helped me get costs reduced when I was struggling. Could not recommend this practice enough!
