I had an outstanding experience at this optometry clinic when I went in for a routine eye checkup. The optometrist was very thorough, taking the time to explain everything and even offering personalized tips for improving my eye health. The clinic itself is well-organized, and I felt comfortable throughout my visit. I also purchased a pair of prescription sunglasses, and the pricing was more than reasonable for such high-quality lenses and stylish frames. I'm a new patient to this office and so far everyone was friendly. Dr. C was super friendly and very thorough with his examination. He's probably the nicest eye Dr. I've had in a long time. Evelyn was very nice, informative and gave me her expertise on my lens and frames. They accepted my medi-cal/caloptima insurance. Nice frames and limited selection for what Caloptima covers. I look forward to picking up my new glasses in a few weeks. Thank you to Dr. C and staff for a pleasant and friendly experience! I'll definitely be back for my eye care needs.

Dr. Choueiry lived up to the reviews on YELP and GOOGLE. They accept my Medi-cal insurance. The exam and frames/lenses were completely covered. Insurance limits choices. Front staff HANNAH was sweet, polite, friendly and accommodating. I am leaving town and had to complete exam and collect the glasses before I leave so I was forced to pester her everyday to see if there were any cancellations. She was patient and kind to me. I completed the check in paperwork online. The facility is small. One doctor. Two staff. The doctor was friendly, professional and quick. My last eye exam was 24yr ago. I have prescription for distance, reading and computer. I spent a long time with the onsite optician EVEYLYN. I asked her for her advice every step of the way since she is the expert. She was patient, kind, friendly. She helped me pick out the frames, the lenses and choose which prescription. I went with computer only glasses since 90% of my reading is on the laptop. She kept in touch with me by email and text and informed me the day my glasses arrived from the lab. Overall great experience with the Doctor and his staff. It was my first time here but will be recommending to others. Thank you Dr. Choueiry , Hannah and Evelyn.
Today 6/18/2024 I rushed from my work to pick up my son’s contact lens. Got there at 5:01 pm, and the medical assistant shaked her head and left her seat without even coming to the door. Courtesy is definitely lost here!! No more Laguna Niguel Optometry for my family!!! No more!!
