Alan is the service manager. When I turned 16 in the 90s, he was in charge of a service station in Mission Viejo. His honesty and work ethic made me follow him to 3 different locations over the last 30 years. This shop is reliable and does good work. My wife and daughter now bring their vehicles to him.

Great place with friendly staff. They are honest and have told me multiple times my car didn't need repairs I was expecting, or a cheaper options are available. Super easy drop off and pickup with the 24 hr gas station attached. You can come literally anytime to drop or pick up your car.

What a terrible location. I came here to get my oil change and the front desk person shooed me away. They said they only do by appointments and I asked where's the appointment sign and there's nothing listed. Terrible business practice. Do you guys schedule appointments for gasoline station pumps?

Totally ripped off by this place. Used the cheapest pads, and charged over 1100 dollars to resurface the rotors. If you don't enjoy being ripped off, don't use this place

The shop owner here offers excellent work at a reasonable price. Drop your car off the night before. Saves time for both you and he. Use water and air station with caution. Twice I have gotten a good jolt due to electrical problems there. Definitely felt a little singed.
