I’ve been coming here every other week or so for a year now and am very happy with the services I’ve received. Most other washes in the area use machines that scratch up your paint, here you get a true hand wash and dry. The Costco Laguna Niguel on Cabot by the 5 sells a voucher for 2 Ultra Washes for $44, it’s an unbeatable deal. The facilities are nice, and on weekends you may have to spend 30-60 minutes there so it’s nice they provide ample shades seating outside. Edit 01/17/2026: Today was not such a good experience. In fact the last few times I’ve been in it’s been hit or miss, but today was my worst experience here. I always get an ultra wash and always watch my car go through the tunnel, and today they simply sprayed parts of the car with water, no wheel cleaner/brushing, no hand wiping the car down before or after the wash so it was covered in water spots because my car was sitting there for 10 minutes while they finished on the car before me. They told me the car was ready while my mats hadn’t been washed. Today was also the first time in 2 years I was charged $30 to do all the mats, I’ve always paid $20 and had all the mats done including the one in the trunk. So while they did the mats I had to ask for my car to be wiped down to remove all the water and pollen spots that were still all over the car. Sad, but I can’t leave a 5 star review after this.
Emilio was so friendly and eager to assist. Our trash cans rubbed against our car and I showed him what happened and to see if he could assist. He looked at it and advised let me see what I can do and quickly went to work. I am so appreciative of his service and would highly recommend you bringing your vehicle here.
My first time at Laguna Niguel Car Wash was fantastic! Fast service, excellent attention to detail, great communication and very reasonable pricing. I watched 2 cars that came in after me go through and get cleaned before they even touched my car I guess you have to be friends with the manager or owner to get some good service. Also it’s not the good of a car wash for the prices they charge
This is my third time here and I must say the experiences have only gotten better. The gentleman at the front does a great job at selling their services so be mindful lol. The real stars are the workers/detailers. They’re all very easy to talk too and willing to address anything missed but the main reason this place deserves 5 stars, is their service manager Valentine. He is attentive, and isn’t afraid to get out there with his men and get dirty himself. From the conversations I’ve had with him, he is honest and upfront. He tells you what you vehicle needs and doesn’t try to up sell you. As a customer, there really isn’t anything more I could ask for. If you need a good wash at a decent price, I recommend this place 10 out of 10. I got the $45.99 Ceramic wash and I am very happy with everything. My car looks new again.
