I have used this car wash successfully for over 10 years. A few weeks ago an emblem on my vehicle came off while washing my car. The company was very responsive in identifying the issue, promptly ordering a replacement emblem and installing that emblem all without charge. In particular Valentino, Emilio and Mark were very helpful and responsive. I’m a very happy customer and will keep going back for more car wash services. Thank you
Paid 40$ for super wash. This is what i get. Exterior cleaning is great BUT interior is what you see in the pictures; so many parts that needs to be clean and they forget to do it.
We have been going to this car wash for about 20 years and have always been satisfied with the wash, as well as detailing. Recently one of our side mirrors glass was broken. They ordered the part and replaced it within two days. Thank you Emilio and Valentin.
This is my third time here and I must say the experiences have only gotten better. The gentleman at the front does a great job at selling their services so be mindful lol. The real stars are the workers/detailers. They’re all very easy to talk too and willing to address anything missed but the main reason this place deserves 5 stars, is their service manager Valentine. He is attentive, and isn’t afraid to get out there with his men and get dirty himself. From the conversations I’ve had with him, he is honest and upfront. He tells you what you vehicle needs and doesn’t try to up sell you. As a customer, there really isn’t anything more I could ask for. If you need a good wash at a decent price, I recommend this place 10 out of 10. I got the $45.99 Ceramic wash and I am very happy with everything. My car looks new again.
Visiting from out of state. Needed clean car as it was long drive and was quite dirty. Instead of just hand wash I decided to get exterior detail and shelled out the extra cash. Big waste of money. Wash clay machine polish and protectant. They didn’t even remove water spots from previous quick wash. For that $$260 you would expect a half decent job. So now I still have water spots in places and swirls and scratches where they may have attempted to machine polish. Very disappointing.
