I went here a couple years ago and had Dr Rivera. She was really good! So I went back recently since I have insurance again. I called to give them my new insurance information which they said was good with their office, scheduled a cleaning and to get a filling replaced. My appointment came and I had my teeth cleaned. The hygienist was really good. After that they had Dr Rivera check my mouth out for the filling and she said the receptionist would be in with an estimate. I waited thinking they were busy but no one ever came. Then I finally went to the front because I had to go to work. They let me know I had been forgotten and that Dr Rivera had left and asked if they could reschedule me. They also let me know that my insurance didn't work with their office. I was in shock that so much had gone wrong. I scheduled the new appointment, which I now know was a mistake… and quickly got new insurance. The new appointment came and they had me with a different dentist, I don’t know her name. She had a calm reassuring voice but completely messed up my tooth and ground down parts of it that we hadn’t discussed. Now I have to live with this messed up tooth and there’s no way I want to go back to have them try to fix it. I just can’t trust the dentists there anymore. The receptionists are all friendly and helped me feel comfortable and welcome though. Maybe they can get rid of the bad dentists and get some more good ones and things will turn around for them. Overall my second and third experiences there were bad enough I have to share.
I love this dentist office! Excellent care and professionalism. Roxanne and Rich are excellent hygienists. Both Dr. Rivera and Dr. De León are very thorough and kind. The staff here take their time and share tips to help keep your mouth and teeth healthy. Come here and you’ll actually look forward to going to the dentist 🦷 🪥❤️
I would give 10 stars!! Took me years to find the dentist of my dreams in OC 🧡 and this is it. Dr Kelsey and his team make you feel like a VIP. Reasonable pricing. Does not order more than needed. Very conservative in that aspect. Top notch tech. They have the coolest products too. I love these coconut husk floss that work really well. I've never waited more than a few minutes to be called back. I've had major work done here. Implant as well as crown. They make the crown in-house so it is super convenient! Never thought I would be writing a review for a dentist. But, they are that good. Shout out to Chanel their office manager, she saw me through every step of the way. But honestly all of their staff are best of the best!
Best Dentistry around! I have been going here since they were founded back in 2005. This is the only dentist my son knows. He started going here in 2005 as well at age 3. Staff is extremely friendly and patient. Office is clean and state of the art. You get X-rays sent directly to their computers for instant access. Make your appointment today. Chanelle and the staff have been very accommodating since i've started coming here to get my dental cleanings, x-rays, and treatments done. When I was struggling financially, Chanelle went above & beyond to make it possible for me to finance a root canal procedure I needed to finish when my insurance benefits wasn't available to use. Everyone working here holds a high standard of professionalism, and went into detail as to what dental work needed to be done, showing me my x-rays and explaining treatment options & pricing with clarity.
