My car broke down today and I had it towed to La Paz Service Center. They were waiting for me and they made me feel comfortable immediately by their friendly, calm demeanor. They identified the problem right away and they were able to service my car within just a few hours. What had started out as a frantic day for me ended up being a lot more peaceful because I knew my car was in good hands. All the technicians at La Paz Service Center are knowledgeable, experienced and professional. I highly recommend them.

Quality service with attention to detail. Things needing service that I was unaware of were addressed and professionally taken care of. Customer satisfaction is well beyond that expected. 2300 dollars later and a blag smog test. Turned off my check engine lights and changed multiple "valves" but didn't fix the problem. Took it to another garage and the issue was identified as an 80 dollar part on the gas cap creating a very small evap leak, which was replaced and fixed the issue. Reasonable price for what they did in fairness, but the attempt to fix something that wasn't broken seems like a money grab or was misdiagnosed and was unnessacary. I took it back here 3 times. Until I stressed to them I just need it to pass the smog test. Eventually the neighbourung shop passed the smog test and I drove away. Which made me feel like they couldnt fix the problem, and wasnt worth their time. I will never use this shop again. Sorry.
