This week I had a crown replacement completed and it came out great as usual with Kristy, I was going to her for 9 years while living in San Clemente and now have been commuting to her for the past 10 years from Carlsbad. Kristy and her staff have always been professional, efficient and friendly. My wife and I have been really pleased with her for these past 19 years. I really dislike the dentist, always have my whole life. Went in for a crown the other day and was scared, bummed, and not excited. However, it went really well, the people there. the environment, and everything about the procedure was the best i’ve had yet.
I have had two crowns done with Dr. Vetter, and I am very impressed with her care. Although I experienced some pain with the temporary crowns, she promptly addressed the issue each time. She thoroughly evaluated the problem and made minor adjustments to the temporary crowns, which completely resolved the discomfort. As someone who works in healthcare, I truly appreciate when a provider is thorough, and Dr. Vetter exemplifies this quality. She always takes the time to answer my questions and ensures that I feel heard during every visit. The clinic staff is also friendly and welcoming, making each visit a pleasant experience.
