First time and last time here. I’ve seen these places around SoCal after the movie, went watch some NCAA games and grab something to eat. I feel somewhat cheated paying almost $30 for a cheeseburger fries and a soda when I could’ve gone to Red Robin and get the same exact meal for $10. (I forgot about RR after the fact) They have tvs also. The cheeseburger came out lukewarm, the fries are frozen Sysco (similar) brand (quality). All the ingredients are of the lowest quality Sysco can offer. Service was OK, however seems to be run by a bunch of kids who quit In-N-Out burger.

Went to watch a world cup game. Plenty of TVs and no wait at all. Nearest parking was full but the plaza around the corner had plenty of spots. Drinks were good and in a large variety for a brewery (I don't like beer lol). There was a hard orange soda and a hard cherry cola that I ordered and would recommend to anyone who also doesn't like beer. Appetizers were good too, just rather small. Our server Alyssa was amazing and was super cool about us ordering more drinks as the game went into overtime. It's a neat spot and I'd definitely come back. Only feedback is that the women's restroom kept running out of toilet paper.

Highly recommended!
I was in Costa Mesa for work and went here for dinner. I don’t drink, but we ordered food, and it was great! I very much would recommend getting the grilled zucchini and the Brussels sprouts. Both were exceptional.

First time at Karl Strauss in a very very long time. We just made it into happy hour and had about 10 to 15 minutes until it ended.
I usually like to drink coffee stouts. There were a couple of options here that I like to which included the golden stout that was different. I took a four pack of golden stout and a small growler of wreck alley, I think it is wreck alley, home also.
Happy hour prices are not great but at least they have something. The food was decent. The bartender was friendly and very welcoming. The atmosphere is laid back with a good amount of seating.
If I am in the area I may come back for more beer.
