I had the worst experience at Dr Wilson's Dental Office. He did 2 Crowns and I had the worst pain of my life, I call the office to let them know about the pain and the receptionist said they had no openings even though I had pain, and they schedule me a appointment a week later. Then, They sent me a text 4 days after I had the procedure and said come in at 1 pm. So I did, I waited 15 minutes then 25 minutes then after the hour I got up and asked if they were going to see me or not. And the receptionist said, we told you we had NO openings to see you till a week later when we schedule the appointment. Even though I had the worst pain. My holidays were ruined thanks to Dr Wilson's wrong diagnosis I ended up going to a different Dentist that did the root canal were one of the new crowns were placed. I was told by my sister and a friend that used to be patients there at Dr Wilson's office, not to go there because it's not ethic between Doctors and staff to be talking bad things about their patients. Because of the bad service I received they lost my whole family as patients.
Use to love going here but not anymore. I’ve gone here for years and now they charge you even when it is suppose to be covered by insurance. The office staff is terrible.
This past week, I went to the office to get a cleaning and veneer on one tooth that was bothering me. The staff is so kind and awesome. I was able to get an earlier appointment and get everything done in one trip! I always enjoy seeing Pam and she is always very attentive during the cleanings. After the cleaning I saw Dr. Wilson, and the whole procedure was so efficient and timely. He is so great and does the best work! I highly recommend going to this dental office. Great people and great service, thank you to the whole team!
My favorite dental experience in my 38 years of living in southern California. Dr. Wilson is wonderful and his wife is one of the hygienist. Everyone is so kind and through work is done. I don't like going to the dentist, but they made it as comfortable as possible.
It was my first time to visit this family owned Dental Office which was referred to me by my co-worker and I must say after having been to so many other Dental office, this so far is the best. My initial visit I had a great cleaning by Pamela the hygienist and a consultation with her husband Joseph Wilson the dentist with regards to my questions on possible implants. Both were so amiable, knowledgeable and most specially very truthful and empathetic to all your dental needs. The staff most specially Sarah the office Manager was kind enough to go over with me all necessary claims with my insurance that made me decide future dental work as well. I highly recommend this office for any dental needs.
