From the moment I contacted John Stevenson Plumbing, I was impressed by their responsiveness and professionalism. Initially, I contacted them for a leak in one of my pipes. Armando Davila was the responding plumber. I had contacted Stevenson at approximately 2:30 PM and the arrived at my house within 2 hours. Armando then inspected the area of the leak as well as the other exposed pipes. He pointed out that the plumbing appeared to be from the original installation (1974) and that there were numerous spots in the piping where pinholes were likely to develop and recommended re-piping the entire house. He then drew up plans for the re-piping and adding a whole-house water filter. We thought the price was reasonable for the scope of work. At no point did I feel pressured to make the decision. They began work the following day. Blaise, Isaac, and Kevin were the epitome of competent, professionalism. They have been working diligently to get the new system installed with a minimum of interruption to our household. I would highly recommend using Stevenson Plumbing and plan to use them again in the future should the need arise.

I had a great experience with Logan and Ben from John Stevenson Plumbing, Heating & Air Conditioning. They serviced my HVAC system and were both professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with from start to finish. They took the time to explain what was going on, answered my questions clearly, and made sure everything was working properly before they left.
What really stood out was their attention to detail and the care they showed in doing the job right—not just quickly. It’s not always easy to find technicians who are both skilled and genuinely customer-focused, but Logan and Ben delivered on both.
Highly recommend them if you’re looking for reliable and thorough HVAC service.

Brent did an outstanding job. I was expecting to wait between 1pm-5pm, and Brent called and was able to come to my home within 25 min. Which was really helpful, since I did have a leak. He was professional and a good communicator. He did a review of the whole house, and took care of two plumbing needs expertly. While I believe the company is overpriced…. I was so happy to have this great service… I went ahead and paid it! Brent was great!

Anthony arrived right on schedule and was able to quickly service our on demand water heater. He was very knowledgeable and efficient and completed the work quickly. He was also able to update some of the settings to match our preferences. We would gladly have him back to do work in the future.
