Stevenson technicians Bryce and Komin came to our home to do several recommended repairs and installs. They informed us when they would arrive. They came in with a determined and positive determination. During the work they encountered a few surprises, but that did not deter them. They were informative with everything they were doing. They were very much aware of maintaining a clean space and were courteous about protecting our home. We have used Stevenson for many other items in the past and will continue to rely on Stevenson and techs like Bryce and Komin. Also let us mention Brent, who brought out some much needed parts due to some of the surprises. Thanks you Bryce, Komin and Brent.
John Stevenson plumbing was referred to me by my mother back in November 2025 because I had a major plumbing leak and could not find a plumber to come out that same day. We were not sure if they would come down to San Diego, but sure enough not only did they come down to San Diego, but within 3 hours I was met by the nicest people / plumbers I have ever met ! Tyler Diaz and Ed came into my home and were both very polite and knowledgeable. He had a great smile and made me feel confident and comfortable about the work that needed to be done. It did not stop there! Once we agreed on having my whole house repiped, a chain of organized events unfolded. The team arrived the next day to start work they were all very professional. They showed up on time daily and were all neat ,clean ,polite and ready to work. They cleaned as they worked and did not leave until most of the work that could be done for the day was done. The whole process took about 4 days and the peace of mind that I have and the experience with these guys was worth every penny…which was pretty reasonable. I took some time to monitor everything and all is well. I Just want to thank all the guys for a job well done. Specifically Ty and his partner Ed, Patrick W, Isaias V, Isack C, Buddy O and John. We had such a great experience getting our new heating and air installed. Jordan and his teammate came for our consult and after checking our our extremely old system gave us all of our options in a friendly, down to earth way. They didn't talk down to me and explained things in a way that I understood (as a person unfamiliar with HVAC systems). I had other companies come out for quotes that over explained, made me feel silly for asking questions, or were plain rude and that was not our experience with John Stevenson. They worked with us to get a price we were comfortable with and then had installers out the next day to take care of us. The installers were professional and helpful too, updating me on the process as it went along. The new AC they brought had a leak but they were able to get another one that day and still finish the job. Most places would have made me wait and have to schedule another install day for a hiccup like that but they were determined not to waste my time and it was so appreciated. They cleaned up at the end of the day and everything is working great. Thanks John Stevenson and all the guys who helped us!
My experience with the technician, Julio, was excellent. He was very amicable and thorough. My initial service request was to replace my anode rod in my gas water heater tank. Upon arrival, Julio made an assessment. After draining the tank, he lifted the anode rod out, it appeared that the rod was doing its job (see attached), and needed to be replaced after 6 yrs of use. Excellent service, explanations during the service, and the completeness of an assessment of the plumbing fixtures inside my condo. I have used John Stevenson in the past and will continue to use them. Thank you, John Stevenson, for taking care of my water heater and the maintenance of it!
Armando of John Stevenson Plumbing came to give an estimate for a water heater replacement. He arrived at the scheduled time and was very professional. He was polite, knowledgeable and thorough in his evaluation of my system. After a check of the plumbing throughout the house, he provided me with tank and tankless options.
