I don’t think I’ve ever been to dentist place where I feel extremely welcome until now. Everyone in there are really nice and even follow up to see how you’re doing after your visit. Dr. Montgomery probably my favorite person when it come to seeing a dentist. He explain everything and every steps to make sure you understand what’s going on and why he is doing it to ease your mind. Love this place. 10/10
This praise is long overdue- my apologies to Dr. and his staff. I recommend Dr.Montgomery’s practice without reservation. From the front Desk staff, Shamika and Tracy, who are always professional, friendly and helpful; to Marie, who is an excellent hygienist. Marie is extremely knowledgeable and always does an outstanding job. I’ve been going to Dr. Montgomery for years. I have had cavities filled & replaced, as well as crowns. He describes what he is doing every step of the way and repeatedly ass how your handling the procedure. He only does what’s needed and I have never felt pressured. I am always pleased the results. Make an appointment- you won’t regret it!
I have always been terrified of dental offices and have been to quite a few growing up. When my mom recommended Dr. Jeffrey Montgomery’s office a few years ago, I was hesitant at first—but my experience turned out to be great. The entire staff is respectful, kind, and accommodating. Shimaya and Tracy are always so sweet and never miss a greeting, Mimi the hygienist is gentle yet thorough, and Dr. Montgomery is incredibly patient and personable! He has truly become my favorite dentist.
Dr. Montgomery and his awesome staff have been taking care of my teeth for many years. I highly and consistently recommend them when I hear someone is in need of a great dentist. Having had a root canal the morning before my appointment to get that tooth temporary crowned by Dr. Montgomery, the area around the tooth and inner cheek was quite sore from all of the Novocain shots for the root canal on the prior day. Dr. Montgomery took such care in numbing that same painful area, that I did not even feel the expected slight pinch when he applied the Novocain shots! It was an A+ experience, and that is not always what you expect when having dental work done. The staff is very warm and professional. I feel lucky that we found Dr. Montgomery after our prior dentist retired.
