After a disappointing experience at another dental office in Huntington Beach, we were referred to Dr. Jeffrey Montgomery and his team—and we couldn’t be happier. From the moment we walked in, the front office staff was warm, welcoming, and highly efficient. The insurance process was smooth and hassle-free. The dental hygienists were incredibly gentle, making the cleaning process comfortable. Dr. Montgomery took his time to thoroughly examine our teeth and even checked for any abnormalities in the mouth. He is not only highly skilled but also genuinely kind and caring. I had been traumatized by my previous dental experience, but after visiting Dr. Montgomery, my fear completely disappeared. Our entire family agrees, this is one of the best dental offices we’ve ever been to!
Dr. Montgomery is an excellent dentist. He is kind, caring and always makes sure you are comfortable. If you’re having procedures done that requires drilling, he makes very sure that you don’t feel any -unnecessary pain. He administers Novocain as gently as possible and asks numerous times during the procedure if you’re feeling any discomfort. I come into the office in a large power wheelchair and he and his staff have to move objects to accommodate me and they always make me feel like it’s no big deal! Every staff member is kind, welcoming and courteous!! From the front desk to the front on is as pleasant as a trip to the dentist office can be. I highly recommend Dr Montgomery for your dental needs.
As a long time patient , Dr. Montgomery and his staff are all amazing ! They treat you like you are an important part of their practice and care for your well being. Dr. Montgomery explains dental procedures before he does it and makes sure you are comfortable and pain free. He checks in constantly to see if you needs any breaks. That means the world to me ! I went for my usual cleaning and Marie my Dental-hygienist is the best! My teeth always feel and look so great when I come home. Dr. Montgomery and everyone in the office are always so pleasant. It’s a joy to go to the dentist. Thank you for a great experience as usual to the whole team!!
The staff is wonderful. This includes the women at the desk who are nice and very helpful. As for Marie, the dental hygienist, I cannot say enough positive things about her. She is not just s good clinician but kind and easy to talk to. Dr Montgomery is great as well. His dental skills are excellent. And just as important is the fact that he treats you like a person not just a patient. I cannot say enough positive things about the practice. That’s why I drive 25 miles each way to go there. I highly recommend them all to anyone who is looking for a dental practice where you feel kindness and competence rather than stress.
