Beyond their size, small businesses are defined by their spirit. And at the helm are their intrepid founders—scrappy, ambitious, and resilient. They invent and build things despite uncertainty, because it’s what drives them. Their risks lead to innovation that moves the world forward. And we need them.
I don’t normally leave reviews but Jaxon’s Chix Tenders deserves a nice review. Honestly, the best chicken place I’ve ever been to. The chicken is powdered generously and if you don’t like the chicken being too spicy there’s an option to choose a spice level. Personally I think first time customers should get the chicken tenders with full spice and choose the cajun sauce which was recommended by an amazing cashier and I’ve liked the sauce ever since. Yes, it’s a bit pricy but that doesn’t stop me from going each month it’s worth it. The chicken is freshly made and the atmosphere is just amazing with an old bar/diner feeling. I’ve been going for about 2 years now and haven’t regretted a single trip and definitely my top 3 favorite restaurants. Service is great and there’s also a jukebox and the wait time is normal about 5-8 minutes. Underrated. Hope they open up more restaurants in the future!
I rarely, if ever, leave any reviews for restaurants. However, I'll gladly go out of my way to praise this establishment. I attended this restaurant for the first time with friends yesterday and it was delicious. We got a combo pack of 10 chicken tenders and a large order of fries. It was a perfect lunch for a day out, and our server Maria G was amazing. She was beyond kind and welcoming. I will gladly go back for a second time whenever the chance arrives. Also, if you're a fan of chocolate, I highly recommend the slice of cake.
This restaurant gets an overwhelmingly positive rating because of its food, service, and atmosphere. The food was great, many of the dishes are meant for a group of people. Like when I went to this place with my two friends and got a combo with them. Which includes ten chicken tenders, Macaroni and cheese, six sauces to choose from, along with a large basket of fries, for just around forty-five dollars. The chicken tenders are massive for a relatively reasonable price. Especially when me and my friends barely finished this combo. As well as eating a chocolate cake that was also pretty cheap. The service there is also good, due to our server giving us our food as soon as it was ready. Along with our server regularly checking in on us, for any requests that we may ask for. Finally, the atmosphere felt like I was welcomed there, like visiting a family member's house. This is the case because there are board games that are provided for customers. Which makes me feel like I could stay at this place for as long as I need. Yet me and my friends barely played Uno for only a minute, before our food showed up. Overall, this restaurant is great to eat and hang out at.
I very rarely leave a review or have somewhere leave a heavy impression on me but this place was GOOD. The service was great, it felt like everyone working was excited to see and serve us. The styling and environment was cool, lots of flyers about events that they host. Also, they had a good selection of board games for you to play while waiting or eating. Lastly, the food was amazing. Got the Mac and cheese, a sandwich and some tenders. Honestly this place was just overall great.
Great service, great food. Stop by and just get a beer if you're not hungry. I did have to update my review halfway through our dinner. We smelt a lot of cigarette smoke inside the restaurant. We realize they're enclosed/ponywall patio area was a smoking area with provided ashtrays. I don't care if people vape, but old school cigarettes doesn't go with my dinner. Will be back for the food and great service.
