Beyond their size, small businesses are defined by their spirit. And at the helm are their intrepid founders—scrappy, ambitious, and resilient. They invent and build things despite uncertainty, because it’s what drives them. Their risks lead to innovation that moves the world forward. And we need them.
My experience with the dentist was good. He seemed very knowledgeable and had a great demeanor. My issue is with their billing department. They are either intentionally dishonest so they can overcharge you. They did not follow the guidelines for billing and gave estimates for a root canal and crown that were 4 times the correct billing rate. When my insurance agent approached them with the guidelines, they said they were on board. When I went in for the procedures, they said those numbers were unrealistic and would charge their own amount. DO NOT use them! They overcharge!
I always have a great experience here! The office is super clean, and the staff are friendly and professional. The dentist always makes sure I’m comfortable and takes great care of me every visit. Highly recommend!
First appointment: Everyone is friendly and welcoming. The dental hygienist explained everything really well and was reassuring the whole appointment. Would recommend again
I went to this dental office because I switched to DeltaCare HMO and this was the provider assigned to me. I was greeted by nice staff when I walked in but I spent two hours at this dentist because the hygienist took X-rays and then poked and prodded every gum for abnormalities. They then said I have gum disease which no other dentist I went to said I had. My insurance copay was $55 per quadrant for root and scale planing but they charged me an additional amount for laser treatment not covered by insurance which brought the total to $600 out of pocket. My parents' dentist does not charge this much for laser treatment. They urged me to go through with the immediate deep cleaning instead of the regular cleaning that's covered for free. They said the reason they check for gum disease is because they want to avoid lawsuits over lost teeth from gum disease, but I think that's an extreme scare tactic. The care quality is very good and the hygienists know what they're doing but they should not be urging people to spend this much on cleanings. They then scheduled me an appointment with their periodontist and want me to see them every four months but I will not be coming back here and I plan to get a PPO so I can go back to my old dentist that cleaned my teeth for years without any issues. Try somewhere else if you want peace of mind.
Have been a loyal customer for 14 years, Dr. Vartanian is outstanding. Sheila is the best dental assistant available as she best understands that you cannot answer a question when there are sharp tools in your mouth and does not uncomfortably push the up-sell.
