This J I B. Is exceptionally well run location. The staff is very helpful and polite. Well trained professional employees. People are what make a difference when dining. And the dining room is so clean and well maintained. This location is a role model for all fast food establishments.
Jack in the Box is like the wild card of fast food—where else can you get tacos, burgers, and curly fries all in one place? It’s like they asked, “What if we put everything on the menu... and then added more?” The food is surprisingly good, like that moment when you watch a random movie with low expectations and end up loving it. I mean, where else can you satisfy a 2 AM craving for a breakfast sandwich AND a milkshake? The drive-thru feels like a lottery: you never quite know what you're in the mood for until you see all the choices. It’s a great spot when you want a little bit of everything!
I ordered a delivery through the JB App because I am at work and can not drive out to get it myself. My order was missing the 2 Tacos and the Triple Bonus Jack (burger) combo was only a double burger. I called several times to speak to someone but only recieved the automated message that the voice mail box has not been set up. Come on now, $20 per hour and they can't get an order correct and can not be contacted as well.... It wasn't a complicated order one combo meal (with no special instructions or requests) and two tacos..... UNBELIEVABLE, I will never order from this restaurant again and persuade others not to as well... Mistakes happen but not being accountable for them is wrong.
I guess this is what they call a chocolate shake. More like a vanilla shake with a skid mark 😆 🤣 😂
Doors locked mid day couldn't get in either door...then ordered cheeseburger Came out And waited politely at end where you grab food....manager too lazy to walk 2 feet hand me bag....horrible experience here
