The service was great, really attentive and friendly. Most of the food we ordered was delicious, except for the lamb (I’m not a fan of the strong smell lamb can have). The falafel, the chicken kebabs, the rice, and especially the coffee were amazing. I’ve never been to Turkey, but that coffee honestly made me want to go. I’d happily come back to this place again.

bread was perfect. and the dipping oil is outstanding. it’s enough for 2 servings of bread.
Okra Stew: baby okra pods, veal or lamb, and tomatoes simmered in a tangy broth flavored with lemon juice and olive oil
I’ve never had this stew but the tomato base reminded me of a filipino dish. And the baby okras were prefect and not slimy at all. And the meat to veggie ratio is equal. I love that they don’t skimp on the ingredients!

I had an excellent experience at Istanbul Grill! The highlight of my meal was the beef steak cubes served with rice and salad — absolutely delicious. The beef was tender, juicy, and perfectly seasoned, cooked just right with a rich, smoky flavor that really stood out.
The rice was fluffy and complemented the meat beautifully, while the fresh salad added a nice, refreshing balance to the dish. Everything tasted fresh and well-prepared, showing great attention to quality and detail.
Another big plus is that they stay open late, which makes it a perfect spot for a satisfying late-night meal. The portion size was generous, and the overall presentation was clean and appetizing.
Highly recommend this place if you’re craving flavorful Turkish food at any hour — I’ll definitely be coming back!

I had such a wonderful meal here. Everything was fresh and tasted authentic. The kebab platter was cooked perfectly and served with vibrant pickled cabbage that really rounded out the plate.
The falafel was also a standout, with a great texture and just the right amount of sesame seeds. I finished everything off with a cup of rich, dark coffee and some warm bread. It is a fantastic spot for a satisfying lunch. I will definitely be back.

We were craving some kabobs and decided to pop in here and I tried the lamb Adana with the Labne. The meat was very tender and the Labne was very good paired with the lamb. Veggies on the side cooked nicely and seasoned to perfection. Overall a no frills grill but serving up some good tasty Turkish food.
