The rooms were comfortable and well-appointed, with amenities that truly made the stay feel like home. We loved the ocean view, and the pool was a great bonus. Our kids had an amazing time. The hotel’s location was also ideal, with an authentic Japanese restaurant just a short walk away offering excellent food. The free laundromat, complete with provided laundry soap, was a thoughtful touch. Overall, we had a fantastic and comfortable stay and would happily return.
This complex was very nice I think the best part of this complex is watching the sunset and also as a trains drive by the grandkids really enjoyed seeing the trains. Also, a good location close to Costco and other stores makes it convenient. The staff was very helpful and offered good suggestions. The older units the rooms are a little smaller compared to the new model buildings the rooms are larger and a much bigger kitchen. Aloha
Stayed one night as a regular guest and we left with a positive experience. Our room was clean and had all that we needed -- the toaster was a nice surprise! Pool and hot tub was kept clean and maintained and the only bummer was the marketplace was shut down for flooding repairs. It's a good thirty minute plus walk across the road and along the beach to get into the town services like restaurants and grocery stores, but the property is in a good location and what matters most is this -- would we voluntarily return for a future stay? Yes!
It was great! Very nice room, beautiful view from our balcony of the ocean....can't beat waking up to that each morning. Hot tub was a lovely perk as we don't typically get to enjoy things like that.
This one was a conundrum. Not a comfortable bed, dated furniture and lighting. You couldn't stream to the TV from your phone. Wifi was spotty. The bathroom was really nice and spacious and they had games, pools and a little store, the hours weren't convenient though. They were definitely more pushy at this location for the video they wanted us to watch, putting me against my husband. It was across the street from the beach but the beach was a bit rocky. Close to other soft beaches and Dana Point Harbor. They did give handouts of places around which was nice too. They tried to upgrade our room but then couldn't.
