Ken Post, the owner of Hearing Remedy is a true professional and does a great job explaining, programming and fine tuning hearing aids. When the original company I purchased my Signia Bluetooth hearing aids went out of business, I found Ken and immediately wished I had met him before buying from someone else. HIs pricing is very fair, he is a great listener, and KNOWS how to really make these sophisticated devices WORK.
