ANDY, the owner was super welcoming and friendly. It was my first time eating here, since I’m now starting my healthy journey. He recommended the basil chicken wrap. It was so delicious & flavorful. It comes with pesto, fresh basil leaves, avocado, alfalfa sprouts, arugula, sun dried tomatoes, and house balsamic sauce. I LOVED it, one of my top wraps for sure, and he also recommended the salmon bowl, which I will be trying next. See you soon ANDY. Keep shining! Come in and grab a wrap, sandwich, salad and/or smoothie. I had an off the menu egg, avocado, onion and pesto sandwich that was perfect for my craving. Staff were helpful and kind. Drop in. Stay healthy. P.S. try their green energy smoothie!!
This was a delightful surprise, Andy, the owner, was such a pleasure to meet. He was so patient with my mom, explaining all the menu items and tailoring her selection to her choices. The prices can’t be beat, and the place was clean and upbeat. We had the espresso smoothie and the tofu avocado bowl and avocado toast w/ egg, all were scrumptious! It felt so good to support this small business, they truly deserve it 🦋
It's my first time here and the Avocado Toast I had today really convincing me to comeback again and try different items on the menu :) Andy, the owner, is such a warm and welcoming person. I can tell he put a lot of care in the food he made for us. I'd recommend this store to anyone who is looking for a simply, healthy but still affordable meal, especially (college) students, and give Healthy Bistro a try!!
My daughter and I order detox juice and the pb smoothie and it's delicious! Their sausage plain bagel is the best I've had ! When we drive through here I have to get these items the best! One of the gentlemen is very very nice not sure if he's the owner, but he is nice.
