Beyond their size, small businesses are defined by their spirit. And at the helm are their intrepid founders—scrappy, ambitious, and resilient. They invent and build things despite uncertainty, because it’s what drives them. Their risks lead to innovation that moves the world forward. And we need them.
I was visiting LA. I went there twice. The second time I went with my son. I ordered bún Ä‘áºu mắm tôm as some reviews recommended. It was very delicious indeed. I'm Chinese don't know much about Vietnamese food except for Pho and spring roll. But this is my new favorite one. If you like shrimp paste, you should try it out. The scallops were ok a bit dry. Got Vietnamese coffee to go. Parking is easy and free at the plaza.
Hard to find Northern style Viet food and this place was phenomenal. Rare that I say I am blown away by a Viet place (sorry? maybe it's a big complex since I grew up eatbún Ä‘áºu mắm tômnd also I don't feel like the service/atmosphere of Viet restaurants have elevated in the way others have here) BUT this place was phenomenal. I read reviews while waiting for my friend and people noted the bún Ä‘áºu mắm tôm was best in town. It truly was phenomenal and highly recommend getting that. We also shared the bun cha, which my friend liked better. We came on a Sunday at 6pm and it was not that busy, but by 8pm-- place was full.
I was here when it first opened when the menu was smaller. It has added quite a lot to the menu. That being said, the quality of the food has not changed at all. It is still delicious as before, and I try to come here at least once every time I am in LA. I've tried something different each visit, so I don't think you can go wrong with any dish, but my favorite is the Bun Cha Ha Noi. Service was excellent each visit.
Nothing to comment. Best bún Ä‘áºu mắm tôm in town. I have tried bún Ä‘áºu mắm tôm in several places but nowhere can beat this restaurant. Bún chả hà ná»™i is not that good, and I am personally not a fan of this food anyway. So if you want to eat bún Ä‘áºu mắm tôm, then you have to come here. Servers are nice too. I have returned here multiple time already with friends and family. Highly recommend it!
Bun dau mam tom is good. Canh bun is just ok. Not too busy during weekdays, hence, quick services
