The optometrist named Norma, is an angel on earth! I'm from out of town and my wife stepped on my glasses when I decided to leave me on the ground...I know, I'm dumb. But they were completely bent and I thought they were broke. THEN CAME NORMA. I was in and out in 10 minutes. She fixed them perfectly and didn't even charge me! The rumors ARE true. She is THE BEST optometrist on the westcoast.Westcoast. An additional thank you to the lovely ladies in the office who were very kind and professional while I was there. They were all so kind! Thank you!
Ever since DR. Bass sold the practice, the quality has gone done and the prices are higher than ever. I do not have insurance and they always worked with me to get the price down to an affordable level, this time they offered $50 off a bill over $1,000. 5% really! I will never go back to the greedy Golden West optometry. Sorry to see a great place go down hill so fast.
