The staff here are so genuine and sweet ! They took the initiative to hear me out and to assist in every way that they could. They were fast yet efficient and went above and beyond with their customer service. If you are looking for a dentist in the tustin/santa ana area, I definitely recommend checking them out! They were able to get me scheduled right away and in with a quickness! They will work with you and make sure that your needs are met ! Worst dental service experience. I booked an appointment— which you have to reach “the call center” for. My appointment was 7am Saturday— I get there and apparently the hygienist called out. They claimed they called but why wouldn’t they leave a message or voicemail? Anywho, They told me to come back at 3pm.
I arrive at 3 pm and wait 45 minutes for them to tell me they are 2 hours backed up. There is a communication gap between the dental office and the call center. Horrible experience. I live 20 minutes away and they do not consider their patients time.

Couldn’t agree more with other reviews that describe the level of professionalism (lacking) from the front office staff. Front office staff lacked customer service etiquette and hung up on me after I informed him of the proper way of introducing yourself on a call. Don’t just call asking to speak to the parents of my daughter. Introduce yourself and what company you are with first so I know who you are.
The equipment is outdated and staff didn’t seem equipped with how to use it. My daughter had to take many x-ray impressions for a single tooth. They didn’t seem comfortable with using their own equipment.

I scheduled my toddler's 6 month checkup 6 months ago. My husband and I took time off work to take our child to the appointment. We arrive and they said they're closing early. They did call the day before to try to get us to come in earlier, but I told them we couldn't because we already requested time off work. The lady said she would check with her manager and call me back, which she never did. So we arrived at our scheduled time to only be turned around saying that they are closing early today. Super unprofessional. Wasted all of our time. We are never coming back.

In October 2023, I had a root canal here that took nearly FOUR hours and cost about $2,800. The office itself is extremely outdated, and so is the equipment. The entire experience felt old-fashioned and uncomfortable, and the procedure was far more painful and drawn out than it should have been.
To make matters worse, the crown they made didn’t even fit properly and had to be adjusted just to get it on.
Less than one year later, that same crown completely fell off. When I called this office to let them know, the staff was rude, dismissive, and completely unhelpful. They refused to see me to re-cement it. I had to go to a different Gold Coast Dental location and pay additional money out of pocket to fix their work.
In March 2025, after switching dentists, I was told there were concerns about infection in the tooth that had the root canal. It was monitored.
Now, in February 2026, the root canal has failed entirely. The infection has progressed, and I am facing an extraction and implant estimated at nearly $11,000.
What was supposed to be a routine procedure has turned into years of stress, pain, and nearly $14,000 in total costs.
The outdated office, poor quality work, and unprofessional response when problems arose say everything. I deeply regret ever coming here.
Consider this your warning.
