Joe represented me and 3 other guys who opted out of a labor - class action involving off clock work and OT, against a good sized corporation with several corporate attorneys on hand. This was a messy case that involved several fictitious cases along with it, ranging from creating a Cabal to Trade secrets and boxes of boxes filled with thousands hand written notes/evidence. While most attorneys would have turned away and said no way, Joe and his partner John rolled up their sleeves and did some very long and tedious hard work. In the end Joe got me and the 3 other guys a total sum of roughly 4 TIMES that of what the ENTIRE class action of 50+ people settled for (yeah do the per person math on that)!!! Besides Joe I don't know of any other attorney in California who has done that! Simply AMAZING... Joe is very knowledgeable about labor disputes, and if you get a chance to meet him, he has a very approachable, clam, respectful, and honest personality.
